I love the fish out of water trope, and add in Christmas and I am all giddy for it.

I liked seeing Celeste change, and watching her relax from her go-go-go lifestyle.
I liked seeing her priorities change.
I liked seeing her come to love the holidays again.
I loved seeing her take back control of her work/life balance.

I loved watching her fall in love.

Nathan will grab a hold of your heart and won't let go.

Celebration at Christmas Cove was flirty and fun and and easy enjoyable read (with a bit of heartache thrown in there)

What a fantastiic start to a new series from Michelle A Valentine.

I love a good second chance story - well, this one is more of a one that got away, then got rehooked tale.

And sometimes you find the right one at the wrong time.

Kane and Janie needed to be apart before they could be together, and their coming together is sweet and lovely with a little heartbreak tossed in for good measure - I mean she really married the douche of all douches and right from the start I needed him to get his come-uppance.

You can't help but want these long time crushes to get together, and with the help of a couple of little scene steakers, I spent a lot of the time reading The Right One with a smile on my dial.

I adored the other Decker brothers, and I can't wait for their stories.

Woot woot! Happy dance! Daggy dance! Heck, anything that can show my excitement at being back in the Stage Dive world!

I love these 1001 Nights stories. I love that I get a bit more of the Stage Dive family (let's be honest, any slice of Mal that I can get, I will take) however I love that we are introduced to the extended family of the Stage Dive world, and that I can read these as stand alones if I wanted to.

Now, I am no stranger to an unexpected pregnancy in the stories I read, but hoolie doolie, that was some kind of surprise baby!

I liked that it wasn't all rainbows and unicorns for our lovelies David and Ev, and it showed the real struggles of parenthood.

But again, the not-supposed-to-be-but-he-can't-help-it star of this story was my man Mal.He really is a man child most of the time, but I loved how he stepped up even more in this tale.

Get thee to a book seller and get yourself a copy of The Rhythm Method - stat!

Holy wet tshirt contest, Batman. Can I do things with that nipple?

*coughs* I mean, wow, what a great cover haha

I am now obsessed with two football series - Ted Lasso (can I get an amen to Roy Kent) and The Harris Brothers series

I mean, I have been obsessed with the Harris brothers for a long time already, but I can never get enough,

At the end of the last book, Replay, we got a hint of things to come, and Ms Daws has not disappointed us.

Following Zander from one life changing revelation to the next, I couldn't help but adore him. Watching him repeatedly crash and burn when it came to romancing the lovely Daphney, I laughed, I cried, I smiled and sniggered like a 12 year old.

It was a pleasure watching them both open their arms - and their hearts - as their pasts were still defining their present.

There was this thing throughout the whole story, and I was waiting for the shoe to drop. It was pretty unbelievable that it took as long as it did to reveal itself, and I was always telling myself that this was the page that all will reveal, only for... nope.

There was a little bit of drama, but nothing OTT and it was pretty realistic really.

It was great that I got got more of My Hayden (sigh) and I felt that Zander was a great fit in to the Harris family.

You know how in the past I have said that I would never, ever visit Midsomer, as the chances of ending up a murder victim were high?

Well, not as high as they are if you visit this Scottish hotel - you really would be lucky to get out alive!

It really like sleuthing with Liza, and feeling for Hanna as their marriage seemed to be crumbling before their eyes. I liked the way they both adapted to what was happening, and adapted their relationship to the here and now.

Now, there was so many twists and turns, you never knew who was going to turn up dead next. And I didn't have a clue whodunnit really - and I usually have an inkling.

Murder Most Actual was a cute and cozy mystery that will leave you guessing.

Oy, when I first started reading, I was all "oh man, I forgot about these idiots and their stupid fued' and was hoping that it wouldn't carry on like the last two books.

I was glad that these morons finally started to remove their heads from their rectums so they would stop ruining their children/grandhildrens lives with their nonsense.

My heart hurt for Lydia, for how she was the buffer between her sister and her "so called" family - I mean, you treat your kids/grandkids this way, are you really family? I hated how she was trying to live up to their expections, and being miserable whilst doing it.

I adored the back story between Lydia and Nate, and all through the story I just wanted them to finally be together.

I will say, I called out loud when Lydia did what she did - you'll find out. - and seeing her and Nate come full circle.

I don't want to say too much, as I don't want to spoil things, but let me say that this was my favourite of the series, and was glad where things ended up.

If you have read my reviews, you will know that I wasn't a huge fan of Alpha CEO / Second Chance Contract and the main guy.

Knowing that he was part of the MC's lives in Second Chance Vow, I was cautious and a little wary of if I was going to like this one.

Never fear, I did enjoy Second Chance Vow a heck of a lot than the other book, and the A-hole CEO is a lot better when he is in this one).

I liked that we had our lovelies together from the time they first met, rather than having to meet up again as adults.

I liked seeing them go through adult problems rather than teen angsty issues. I liked that we were seeing a couple struggling and heading for divorce. Whilst at times I felt their arguments were due to not talking and listening to each other, they felt real and heartbreaking.

Though I did feel like the tension between Christian and Kinley's best friend was childish and I wanted both of then to grow the eff up. Like, I got it as teenagers, but man as adults you looked ridiculous.

But there is a rainbow after all the storms they have endured, and it put a big smile on my face as I was reading. I just wish they had gotten there earlier!

This isn't a hot mess
Not even a lukewarm mess.
It was just a mess.

It was a hodge podge of confusing chapters that flip flopped from present to past views that made it impossible to keep track of.

Sorry Emma Hamilton but i just couldn't finish it

Darry Fraser writes beautiful Australian historical stories that take you right back in time, and makes you feel like are are back there with the characters.

I admire the strength of Prudence North. She has so much going on and so should be falling down in a heap, but she keeps going on.

I also adore her modern mindset, how she is trying to forge her way in the world when every thing is all about the men. I loved how she never backed down, stood up for what she believed and told it like it was

There was a bit of a mystery running through the story and I spent half the time reading waiting for the shoe to drop. It wasn't what I was expecting, and I loved that.

I look forward to what we get from Darry Fraser in the future.

Paging Dr Christian Gallagher! Paging Dr Christian Gallagher! Get to my side STAT! You are giving me heart palpitations!

What a beautiful friends to lovers story is A Really Bad Idea.

I mean, the premise is not a new one, there are plenty of friends to lovers stories out there, however this one just had that something - and that something is Dr Christian Gallagher. Oh my, how swoonworthy is that man!

It wasn't hard to see where this story was going to go, however it was a lot of fun going on the journey with Christian and Meadow. I love their banter, I love their connection - one that only years of friendship can really forge - and I really adore their fear of ruining friendships. I was glad that the sexual buildup didn't overshadow everything else.

It is a case of will they or won't they - and believe me, you want them to!

There are wonderful secondary characters, especially family members.

It wasn't all smiles, and I may have shed a couple of tears as I was reading.

I don't know how, but this was my first Jeaninne Colette read (I have read her collaborations, just not her solo writes), however I will be rectifying this in the future.

I can't wait to see what she writes next.
