Lauren Blakely, you had me at Lloyd Dobler.
Then Kyler had me with all his 80s movie references.
From the moment he "Doblers" Finley, I was hooked. And so was Finley, and I can't blame the girl.
Unzipped is a cute, sweet and adorable strangers-to-friends-to-lovers story, and I was swept up in their lives.
I freaking love Finley, her sass and snark towards Kyler made me laugh and smile the whole time I was reading.
Kyler is geeky and awkward and kinda clueless when it comes to the lady, however that just makes him all the more adorable.
There are lots of brothers and family and other characters that we meet in this story, so I do hope we get more of them in the future (I know some do, but to quote Freddie Mercury, I Want It All)
This Kyler is mine, so run out and get your own.

Yaaaaas the final installment of the Elite series is here, and it was worth the wait!
At the end of Need for Speed, our lovelies were at a cross roads.Solo and Panther sure do know now to have a coming out part I don't want to give anything away, however I love what happens at the start of this book.
Where can their relationship go? What is in store for them at the end of their "Top Gun" course?
For that you are going to have to read for yourself!
I also may or may not have had a tear in my eye as I was reading. This cannot be confirmed nor denied by me though lol
I loved being taken along with them as they forge their new relationship, dealing with outside influences, team mates, perceptions.
Throughout it all, I just adore Panther and Solo. Panther comes out of his shell, Solo seems to mature s much - he wasn't really childish before (penises in the sky excepted) however his mouth was!
Sweet, sexy, fun and flirty, this made me want to watch Top Gun (even though I still haven't forgiven them for Goose, and can not stand Tom Cruise!)
I would not say no to more of these characters in the future.

Thank you Entangled Publishing for my ARC
I was so happy to receive the ARC of Loud Mouth. I just recently listened to the first two Ice Knights stories, and I needed more.
I am a fan of an enemies to lovers story. I love the spark and snark between our lovelies. You know that when the get their sh!t together things are going to be explosive.
I mean the sexual tension between them can be felt off the page.
Shelby is a lot of fun. Life has given her lemons, and she is now fighting her past and making lemonade. I loved that she has had to fight for what she has.
There is the perfect balance of humour and emotion. I adore Shelby's sass, and I need a Petrov to growl at me
I hope we get more of the Ice Knights in the future.

Each and every book about this family is better than the ladt.
I love love love single daddy Erik (I mean helllooooo dadfy lol)
I liked that he isn't the perfect dad, he doesn't get all crappy when help is offered. He is the perfect guy for Laura, perfect dad for his boys.
I adored seeing more of Gunnar and Ella. Adore the fanily dynamics, and want to read more

3.5 stars.
This is like a tale in two sittings.
The first half of this stort was fantastic, full of emotion and had me tearing up, so darn angry an needing more.
The second half was a lot of... nothing. I adored that Coert and Cady got their crap together, but it was a couple of hundred pages of blissful living. It could have been condensed so much, but this could just be me.
My least favourite of the Magdalene series

I like it when authors step out of their comfort zones and write something completely different from what they have in the past.
It can be hit or miss with the results, however with Dead Pretty, Samantha Towle has a hit with me. I know she was worried about how people would take to Dead Pretty, but she need not have worried. She had a story to tell, and she told it well.
It's a mystery/thriller/omg kind of book. I was so involved with this story as I was reading. In the back of my mind, I was always waiting for the shoe to drop. I was anxiously turning each page, needing to know what would happen next.
Audrey and Jack's story was intense. There is so much I could say, but this is a story that you need to just dive in to.
This is going to be a story that you either love or hate - I hope you love it!

Fun audio play with some seriously great narrators.
Thank you Erin Mallon for the audio code

Estes Park is the Midsomer murders town of the USA.
There is a great number of murderers in this town, and Fred and Watson are - unofficially - on the case again.
I love the people of this town, with their quirks and foibles.
Wonderful narration again by Angie Hickman.
Looking forward to the next installment

Oooy it has been a while since we have had a new K Bromberg story, and man oh man I have missed hockey this year so, so much
And Ms Bromberg has killed two birds with one stone with Hard To Handle. Hunter is just adorable. There is stuff going on in his life that he doesn't share but it is noticed.
Dekker is the one that got away, who is back in his life, and making his life hell. Or heaven. Or a bit of both.
I love a second chance story, and I read, wanting our lovelies to get together. But sheesh Dekker, I wanted to slap some sense into that head of yours.
There was a lot of back and forth between Hunter and Dekker - maybe a bit too much for my liking. Some of it could have been cut out and it would have been just as good - to me anyway.
Hard to Handle was sweet and sexy, with a dose of heavier emotion thrown in too.
There are three more Kincade sisters, so I am looking forward to learning more about this family in the future.

After what I knew of Drew in the earlier books in this series, I wasn't sure how I would feel about him.
I should not have worried - if Ms Van Dyken could get me to love an entire mafia dynasty (except you Nixon!), of course she could make me love this beautifully broken man.
I was hooked from the start with Drew and Bronte's tale, of moving on, of finding love, of families that are not blood.
It qas great to get back to Seaside, to see where previous characters are now at, and to fall in love with a new couple.
I did feel that something at the end qaas just glossed over, but that is probably just me
I now need some stories about where they all are in the future.
