I couldn't wait to dive straight into Redemptive after the end of Combative - so I did!

Well, this series sure went in a direction that I sure as heck was not expecting!

We now learn more about "Madison" and the elusive Nate.

I think I cried for at least 50% of this story. Oh my gosh, my head and my heart hurt so much, that I had a shocking headache when I finished from all the emotion felt.

I have to say that I made up my mind about Nate in this intallment - love, love LOVE the man. Even knowing now what he does and what he has done in the past, I couldn't help but fall for him.

I really liked getting to know more of Nate's friend Tiny, and aside from our lovelies, he is definitely my favourite character in this series.

I am also glad that I did wait all these years to read the series, for if had to wait for a few years to get the final installment, it would have done my head in. I now know why people were always asking when i was coming.

I am saying it right now - I want to move to Sweetwater Springs and find a hottie living next door!

Brenna and Luke's story continues my love affair with this town ad the characters we have previously met and loved (you can read this as a standalone if you haven't started the series yet).

Brenna's life has been in limbo, and now it is time to move on - no matter how hard it is for her. Her hurt and heartbreak is palpable and leaps off the pages.

II just wanted to dive into the book and give her a big ol' hug.

Luke is all kinds of swoonworthy and I want one of my own.

I need many more stories set in Sweetwater Springs - so please make that happen Ms Rains!

Firstly - I love the cover. I don't usually even bother with the covers, however I love this duos covers. I mean, there's some serious arm porn happening at the end of those rolled up sleeves.

You know what you are going to get when you open up a Vi Keeland book. You are going to get a sweet, sexy story with lots of spark and wonderful banter between the leading man and his lady

Grant (ugh, it is so hard to think of a character called Grant as sexy, since it is my baby brother's name lol) and Ireland have an unusual start to their relationship - gotta say it made laugh out loud as I read it.

You know where the story is going to end up, but that is what I like about Ms Keeland's books. It is like going to your favourite restaurant and ordering your favourite meal - just the side dishes are different each time

However, there is alway the "things" that always happens in one of her books. I keep my eye out as soon as I start reading, and yep, we got it - again.I just wish that we didn't have it every. single. book.

Inappropriate was enjoyable, and I look forward to seeing what she brings us next.

Hard Work is just a wonderful installment in the Cook Brothers series.

We learned a bit about Cohen and Skye in the previous book, and now it is time for them to shine.

This book is sweet, funny - at times downright hilarious - and full of so much UST it leaps out of the book.

You know right from the start that the little arrangement Cohen and Skye make is never going to work. I love that they naively thought that the could just be FWB, but the reader is just waiting, waiting, waiting for the inevitable.

I love the banter between Cohen and the rest of the extended Cook family. My goodness they had me laughing so hard at times, however I love that they aren't all fun and games. You can't just have the Cohen and Skye story - you get the whole kit and kaboodle that is the Cook family.

Wonderfully written, you can't help but want to be part of this family. I know I want the Cooks adopt me.

Now I can't wait to get my mitts on Ezra's story - oh man, this is gonna be a good one!

What a wonderful, sweet and sexy story is Red Hot.

I adored Red in Harper and Stone's story, and now she is dancing around things with Cash, and phew *fanning myself* the UST between this pair leaps off the pages.

It might take a little while for them to get around to things, but everyone around them is waiting for it, know it is a case of when, not if they will fall in love.

Gah I freaking love Cash. He shows his feelings in actions more than words, and oh my those actions. How Red held off for so long is beyond me. I was talking to my book, telling Cash that I would have him lol.

Great small town feel, with all the gossips and smallminded-ness that goes with it - believe me, I live in a small town, and when you think things are so ridiculous they could never happen, I am telling you they probably would!

I loved seeing more of Harper and Stone, and I can' wait for Red and Harper's friend Bethany to get her story next.

I have not read the first Wild Wicked Highlanders story, however this did not affect my reading or enjoyment of Scot Under The Covers

I have been reading more historical romance the past couple of years, and a historical romance with a sexy highlander - let me at it

This was a sexy, suspenseful romp through quagmire of love and romance in historical England (in my mind it was set in the Regency era, but I don't know if that is when it was set).

Aden is all swashbuckly, knight in sexy plaid when i comes to Mirancda and her brother in law to be.

Gotta say, the BIL Matthew is not at all really likable with what he does.

Then there is the rake, Vane, blackmailing his way to the top.

Miranda toes the very fine line between love and hate, but really, how could anyone resist that man or that accent.

I adored Aden's family and I will be going back to read the first book in the series, and I am looking forward to the 3rd book to come.

PS this book has given me a new historical insult to bring into my daily conversation - don't be a nodcock!

I love the worlds that Jill Shalvis builds, and I am enjoying my visits to Wildstone.

In Almost Just Friends, everyone is a little broken, yet however imperfect they are, they are all someone's perfect.

Piper's family return unannounced, and so begins a rollercoaster of a story.

Broken dreams. missed opportunities and oh so many secrets and lies. Will this family bring all the truths out, and will they be able to survive once they do.

Oh, how I adored Piper and Cam. I need them to be together with every fibre of my being. Neither is looking for a relationship, but sometimes fate has other ideas.

I want so much to be a part of this Manning family. As flawed as they are, they love each other, and at the end of the day, isn't that what matters most.

I was completely drawn in to Almost Just Friends. I flopped myself down on my couch and I didn't get up until I had finished reading. Sweet, tender, emotional and sexy too. The characters, there is something in there that all of us will relate to.

I hope we get more of the Wildstone series in the future.
