I have read all the Heart of Texas stories, and A Cowboy Like You has become my favourite.

Whilst it has all the trademarks of a lovely, sweet "cowboy" romance, it deals with some real life issues that so many are going through every day.

Danny and Skylar's story is beautiful and sexy, however it is hard and heartbreaking at the same time.

I don't want to give too much away about how things got to where they are, but just know that what Skylar is running from will get you right in the feels.

Danny is a knight with a shining badge. You can't help but love the guy.

It was great to see the couples from the previous books and to get an insight to where they are now.

There are so many great guys in these books, and I need to learn all of their stories!

Forever My Duke is my first Olivia Drake read, so it is good to say that as this is book 2 in the series, it can be read as a standalone.

This story did start out a little slow, however it did pick up the pace after a while.

I am a big fan of Natalie - she feels very progressive compared to the other ladies in the story. She won't be bullied, she won't take being insulted, and she couldn't give a stuff about what everyone expects her to do - she does it and she owns it.

Now, Clayton. I wanted to love him, I really did. However he came across as a bit of a bully, an arrogant ar$e and a bit of a flibbertigibbet. I mean, one minute he was off to propose to one lady, then next he was all about someone else. I did like things that he did for Natalie and her charge for the most part, but still, not so much at times.

This book just didn't seem, to me, to fit in with the time period. Something just felt a bit off about it - however this could just be me.

So, whilst I did like Forever My Duke, I wasn't exactly blown away by it. I am sure it will be a favourite for many readers, just not for me.

Now, if you have read my review, you know I had my couple of issues with the first book in this series, but still liked the book.

I am happy to say that those issues are gone with Meet Me On Love Lane, and I liked this book more than the first.

This is a story of coming home, falling back in love with the place you thought you hated - and falling in love with the boy you left behind.

I adored Charlotte and Henry and the friends that Charlotte left behind. My heart hurt for her as she realised all she had missed because he mum had tainted the town for her.

I did laugh at the way Charlotte and Henry reconnected - you will too.

However, I did feel that the inclusion of Dr Max as a love interest for Charlotte was superfluous. I did not find that it added anything to the story, trying to create a love triangle between our lovelies and him. Nope, not at all necessary.

I adored the small town vibe of the story. I loved the secondary characters, particularly dad and grandma. Oh, and I can. not. wait for her best friend Parker's story!

I both read/listened to this book.

I have not read any of Teagan Hunter's work before, so I didn't know what to expect as I started reading.

Let's Get Textual is a cute, funny story. I love the chemistry between Delia and Zach, and there was more than one time that I snaughed!

I enjoyed the narration and felt that they brought the characters to life.

I will be reading/listening to more.

However, most importantly - I WANT A GOAT!!

What's better than M/M? That would be M/M/M!

Jordan, Eli and Doug are full of flaws and imperfections, yet they are the perfect for each other.

We are taken on their journey as they work their way around new feelings, new relationship, new positions in the relationship (not just THAT way lol)

They were hot as either a triad or as one on one relationships - which makes for all the more fun.

This is a HFN, so we have more to come, and I am looking forward to seeing where this story takes us.

Jared Mackade - what can I say about you?

Gah, you are a frustrating and irritating man - I can see why Savannah gets the shits with you.

I liked this book, but I didn't like it as much as Rafe's book, and that all came down to how judgemental Jared is about Savannah's past.

I love Savannah and her boy Bryan. I love how well they fit in with the MacKades and their expanding family.

I do have Devin's book waiting for me, can't wait to get into that one.

This will be part of the Windy City Anthology releasing 10th December 2019.

What a short, sweet and sexy AF introduction to Rory and Chase.

Get comfy and spend a little time getting to know them before their full length story comes out in 2020.
