The Good Luck Sister is a sweet, tempting little novella, a bite size adventure in Wildstone, and a lovely follow on from Lost And Found Sisters (which if you have read you have met our leading lady Tilly)
I really enjoyed Tilly and Dylan's story, heartache and hope all rolled into one story. I am a sucker for a second chance romance story, and The Good Luck girl roped me in right from the start and I couldn't put it down.
I laughed, my heart ached, my heart soared as our lovelies try to find their way back to each other.
I loved getting more of Mick and Quinn and snippets of where their lives are at.
Thank You Ms Shalvis for this adorable novella. I need more

I love the Vi/Penelope collaborations, and I couldn't wait to dive into Rebel Heir.
And oh my, I couldn't put it down once I stopped.
I freaking love Rush and Gia. I love the snark between them, and really, fighting is foreplay - and they looove foreplay.
You can't help but fall for them as they fall for each other. Their story is quite uneventful - that makes it sound bad, but I don't mean it to be - there are things happening but nothing too over the top.
If you have read any of this duos, you will remember that there is a thing that always happens in their stories. Will this be the time that it doesn't?
I flipped the page and BAM there is was!
Things do ramp up after then, and being a duet you know there is going to be a cliffy, and I kind of had an inkling about what might be coming, but it still got me!
I have a feeling that Vi and Penelope are going to put us through the wringer in this second part.
I can't wait. Is it May yet?

Wow, just wow.
That is all I can say about this book. Buy it and read it, that is all!
Ok, so you want more?
Behind the Bars is a beautiful, heartbreaking yet hopeful YA to NA second chance romance. Now, I am not one to read much YA/NA as I am an old fart and they often feel way to young for me, however Ms Cherry is an exception to that rule. I love everything I have read of hers to date.
Jasmine and Elliott's story is not an easy one. It is dark and full of hurt a lot of the time, however through it all I was full of hope that they would be together.
I hated most of the characters most of the time - not our lovelies, but those around them. I had such visceral reactions to people and things that happen. I was shaking with anger, screaming at my kindle, yelling at the characters.
That, my friends, is one of my signs of a great story.
I loved that this story is set in New Orleans, as I have been there and can picture it as I am reading. I could hear the music, taste the beignets, smell the smells (yes, Bourbon St does have it's own special odour lol).
I was drawn right into this book, from the first word to the last I couldn't put the book down.
I would love to see more of these characters in the future. Please make that happen Ms Cherry.

Anthologies aren't a new thing, however this is the first time I have read one where the authors all had the same blurb to create their story around. What a refreshing idea!
I have read most of these authors at some stage (there were 2 that I hadn't before) so I kind of knew what kinds of stories I would be getting from them.
I LOVED reading each novella and wondering how they would incorporate the blurb into their tale.
Each and every novella had me hooked. They were smart, and sexy, and witty and fun. I couldn't wait to get to the next one... and the next.
This is a great way for readers to get to know some new authors, and I bet it was a lot of fun for the authors too!
I hope they do more anthologies this way in the future.

Firstly, what I love the most about this book is that the MCs are older, their life experiences are something more I can relate to. I get a bit sick and tired of reading about 22 year olds who think they have allll the experiences in the world covered (nothing against those books, this is about me being an old fart.
Secondly: This book should be subtitled: How Carlene Got Her Groove Back.
When With Rome is an emotional story. Carlene has been through the wringer, and though she has had experiences, she hasn't really lived.
Rome is one of those experiences that turns into so much more. As the story continues, you can't help but fall for him. Ms Gayle has made me wish I had the $$ to hire my own Rome for a couple of weeks!
He gives great boyfriend experience.
I adored being taken on the journey along with Carlene and Rome. It was beautifully written, and I was swept away with them as they take a giant leap into what could be the journey of their lives.
Sweet, sexy and oh so tempting, When With Rome had me hooked from the start.
I can't wait to see where the Perfect Gentleman series takes us in the future.

Gah, it seems like forever since we had book 1, Stone. I know, it is has only been a few weeks, however I have been impatiently waiting for Cold since the second I finished Stone.
Boy, was it worth the wait!
Right from the get go we were taken on another ride with Levi and Ivy.
But ugh, Ivy! She spent most of the book irrationally mad at Levi for things that happened at the end of book one, even though she knows what really happened. To me she felt quite immature for most of the book and I wanted to shake some sense into her. She eventually kinda comes around but boy did she test me in this installment.
Levi is just everything. The more we learn the more we love him.
We know this is going to be another cliffy, ready for book 3, so I was wondering as I read "what can be the things that we end on this time?"
Oh. My. God. You are going to be shocked with things happen.
Now I can't wait for the final installment. Is it May yet?

It has been a while since I have read an m/m story, and even longer since I have read a Melissa Collins, so As I Am was a great way to get back in the saddle.
As I Am had me hooked right from the start. Endearing characters, beautiful, heartbreaking but hopeful story, I couldn't put this book down once I started.
At times. both Noah and Chase did annoy me, with their arguments (that seemed to be for argument's sake at times) and their lack of communication) however with this story it was easy for me to overcome that. I think it was because I really did adore them both.
This pair definitely do deserve to find love after all they have been through, and as a reader, you just can't help but be a cheerleader for them to find it with each other.
There are some great secondary characters, like Chase's brother and (at times) Chase's best friend Gavin is great too. But only sometimes lol.
Sweet, sexy, drama free story that I really did enjoy reading.

I am a bit if a history buff, so I do at times like to dive into a story set way back when.
The title, though accurate, does make this sound a bit like a Jackie Collins style novel - which it isn't!
History has proven what an abhorrent man Henry VIII was to his wives. This fictionalised, first person POV by each of Henry's wives drew us a vivid picture of their lives, their loves and their destinies. I felt it made the more human to me, rather than just being names in history.
I felt that the authors did a wonderful job bringing these ladies to life. I know a lot of poetic licence is brought into play when writing a book like this, however I found this was very well written, and a way for the casual reader to learn a bit more about the Tudors.

I have been waiting for Sam and Alesha's story from the minute I finished Fool Me Twice.
And Ms Anderson definitely has not disappointed.
Starting about halfway through the time line of Fool Me Twice, Sam and Alesha's story gives Alesha's POV of the story so far.
I thought I knew it all after reading Nate and Holland's story, but boy was I wrong.
In fact, I have done a complete 180 since reading Fools Rush In.
I used to think Alesha was cold and robotic once she got married, however seeing things from Alesha's side of things, I am not sure if I really like Holland and Nate anymore!
I know, shocked right??
As we learn more of the story, I adore Alesha and Sam so, so much, and just wanted to slap Holland around the head with my Kindle. I know there are always 2 sides to every story and perspective is everything, though even now i have read both ladies sides of the stories, I am thinking Holland is a grade A selfish cow. Things may change as the series progresses -but I am not holding my breath at the minute!
Sam is all kinds of wonderful wonderful. He really is a thief, as he stole my heart!
There are twists and turns in this story that will keep you guessing, keep you turning each page.
I can't wait to see where the next book takes us (and if Ms Anderson can get me to like Holland again!)

I was lucky enough to read this as it was being written.
And boy was I lucky! I adore the dynamic between Frankie and Calvin, and like Cal, I fell head over heels for Frankie.
I don't want to give anything away about this story, as I feel the reader needs to dive into this book a bit blind and just let yourself go - along with these lovely men.
This is a bit steamier than Quinn Ward's alter egos books - and me likey!
I can't wait for everyone to get their hands on Exploration.
