It has been a while since I have read an Eliza Gordon story. I adored Must Love Otters and Neurotica, so I had an inkling that I was going to like Dear Dwayne as well.
I loved it. It is sweet and quirky and funny, and I read it in one sitting.
I love Dani's crazy obsession with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson - I mean, we have all felt that way about someone in our lives. Her diary entries are cute, and don't get me started on her inner monologues! They had me laughing out loud.
I am sure we have all felt the way Dani does when it comes to her family, have felt the pressure, have felt despondent about our lives.
Enter Marco - oh my! He almost (and I mean almost) made me want to join the gym lol.
Dear Dwayne was also a kind of coming of age story for Dani. She blossoms into the life that she has been floundering through.
This is another great story from Eliza Gordon, and her fans will definitely love it.
Now I am off to google pictures of The Rock!

You have to have read the first 3 installment of this series before reading End Game. They cannot be read as stand alones.
This is the final installment of Shane and Emily's story (or is it??). And boy did it pack a punch.
So much has happened up until this book - and oh so much more happens now.
Full of drama, suspense, tension, sexy times. Has a bit of everything.
I couldn't wait to see where the story would take us, and there were some times that I just wanted to throw my kindle across the room, screaming at some of the characters. Boy there were some that I really disliked (even more than in the earlier books).
For me though, it did feel a little unfinished. it felt more like HFN than a HEA, and to me it just felt like there is more to come. Although this is the last in the series, Ms Jones does say at the end of the book she doesn't know if we will get more of them, so perhaps she feels they are unfinished also?
I do hope we get more, and I am looking forward to what Ms Jones brings us next.

Seth! Woohoo it's Seth!
I wanted more of his story the whole time I was reading the Dirty Money series, and here he is!
We are taken on another sexy, mysterious rollercoaster of a ride with Seth and Amanda, a blast from his past - but is she a good blast?
They are fighting their way either to be together, or to kill each other, and as this first installment ends, we are still not sure which way things are going to go. They are both so stubborn and sure of what the know - but from what I have read so far, I feel someone has played them both - but I will have to read the next part to find out!
This is an adrenaline packed, suspenseful short, and we only have a week between each installment to find out what happens next Bring it on!

You will need to have read books 1 and 2 in this series, Enthrall and Enthrall Her before you read Enthrall Him.
Enthrall Him starts up right where Enthrall Her ended. Mia is hiding from Lance, the man who “bought” her and wants to claim his prize. Mia, Richard and Cameron are still going around in circles in their messed up relationship.
And what a messed up relationships they are. Mia – Richard’s girlfriend – has been handed over to Cameron – Richard’s best friend – to complete her submissive training.
And no wonder Mia’s emotions are all confused!! Hell, I was all confused along with her as the story moved along!
I have a love/hate relationship with Cameron and Richard. I love that they both care for Mia – maybe even both love her – but I hate the way they manipulate her, mess with her head and her heart, even if they don’t mean to. It should be all about Mia and Richard, it’s mean to be all about Mia and Richard, but couldn’t help but be pulled to Cameron more and more.
Loved that we final get to scratch below the surface with Cameron, he has always been so closed off, but now we learn more of what makes him the man he is today
Like the rest of the books in this series, the BDSM lifestyle plays a huge part in the lives of Mia, Richard and Cameron, and it is quite graphic at times – not a bad thing I like my sexy times in books sexy!!!
I loved how they all went about confronting the threat to Mia, and was surprised at the outcome of it – was not what I had expected!
There are some great secondary characters. I loved that we got more of Mia’s best friend Bailey and her girlfriend Tara. And Shay. Shay, Shay, Shay. For a while it is hard to tell if he is a good guy or a bad guy to Mia, but the more we get of him the more I loved him.
Ms Fewings – Shay needs a book!!
So, how do things work out with our trio? Who will Mia end up with, or will she end up with neither?
Nuh uh, for that you need to read for yourself.
But from me, I think it ended up the way it had to, needed to!
Ms Fewings writes in a way that you can feel yourself right in the story. The imagery pulls you right in there with her characters, you can picture the sights and imagine yourself a fly on the wall while the story progresses.
Can’t wait to read what Ms Fewings has for us next

I am not going to lie, when I first stated reading The Memories That Make Us, my initial thought was "oh this is Nineteen Letter by Jodi Perry again".
Whilst yes there are similarities at the start, the way the story continues has a totally different feel.
Gracie and Blake's story is one of loss and heartbreak, frustration and fear. We know things are not going to be easy for them after the accident, and whilst I got completely frustrated with Gracie's actions, I could understand her reasoning for it.
Not going to lie, I did want to throw my kindle at her at times for her actions. Yes, she turned me violent!
Blake - oh how my heart hurt for him. I wanted to give him a big ol' hug.
I adore the secondary characters, particularly Scarlett and Tilly.
There is a big twist in the tale that I certainly was not expecting. I was all like Keanu going "woah".
Well played Ms Carnvale.
The Memories That Make Us is heartbreaking, frustrating, beautiful and most of all hopeful. It makes you think how you would do things if you got a second chance.
I read this book in one afternoon, and now am impatient for what Ms Carnavale gives us next.

This book. Everyone, and I mean everyone needs to read this book.
It is not an easy book to read. Not because it is bad, but because of the subject matter. We all know these atrocities occur, as we sit in our air conditioned lounge rooms, watching the news saying "oh how sad", then switching channels.
Nadia's first hand account of what is happening is heartbreaking. It is sickening. It is frightening. Sitting on the other side of the world, it is easy to think that these things aren't really happening.
Nadia's story of what happened to her, to her family, to her whole village had me bawling like a baby. I had to put the book aside many times, and pick up something light and frivolous, as it was the only way I could get through the book without it breaking me.
These girls, these women and their families are absolutely amazing. The strength, the bravery they show to get through the nightmare that is the lives every single day puts me to shame. I know I like to think that I would do the right thing, that I could be brave like them, but in reality, who knows.
I had such a visceral reaction to this book. Even a day after finishing it, I can't stop thinking about it. We are so lucky to have a voice, a voice that is being heard.
Now Nadia's voice is speaking out for all the girls and women who have been stolen, tortured, raped. She is letting the world know the truth of what is happening.
She is awe-inspiring.
So now we need to spread her word, feel her pain, use our voices to stop it happening.

Time to set my house on fire so the next Malone, Grady the fireman can come and put out my fire!
This is the second Malone brother we have had the pleasure of reading, and I liked it more than cuffed. Maybe it is the fireman thing (I am a volunteer firefighter and never find any guys like this out there) but whatever it was, sign me up for more!
I loved that both our hot man Grady and our lovely lady Dylan aren't perfect. They have their issues and they are not swept under the rug. They fell real, the are dealt with realistically, and not gonna lie, they broke my heart.
And don't get me started on the jerk of an ex boyfriend. I hope I am not the only one who wanted to throw my kindle - at his head!!
But Dylan and Grady though? They are sweet, and tender, and all kinds of sexy. And pretty much perfect for each other.
I loved getting more of Grant and Emerson, seeing where they are at in their lives. There is great banter between the 3 Malone men, and ow I am impatient to see where Grayson's story will lead us.
Sweet, sexy, flirty - Combust is a great read. Buy it. You will like it!

I am sure I am going to be in the minority here, but Millen - I just wanted to slap some sense into him, or maybe I just wanted to slap him around the head with my kindle.
I adore Kenzie, her emotions are so so real, I couldn't help but adore her from the get go. I could feel her emotions leap off the page, you can't help but feel for her, my heart hurt for her. I may have shed a few tears for her.
But the way Millen plays her - yeah, nope sorry sunshine that sh!t ain't going down with me. I hated the way he treated her whilst telling her he wanted her. Actions speak louder than words, and your actions boy are crappy.
But this might just be me -since it seems that everyone else loved him. I had such a visceral reaction to him - just not in a good way!
I love Kenzie's best friend Gaby.
And it was nice to see someone had some balls in this story - just a shame it wasn't the man!
So don't take my dislike of the H for a dislike of the book - the writing, the story, the h make it all worth the read.
Can't wait for the next book to come along.

Sigh. It is always bittersweet when you come to the Climax of a series you have been reading for a few years.
Cam and Mia's climax was everything I could have wanted. And more.
It is emotional, though provoking, sexy as heck. There was so much going on, yet it never felt too much. It never felt OTT wasn't drama for drama's sake, everything flowed on from where the series left off.
I adore how much Cam loves his Mia. So different, yet so perfect for each other, you can't help but fall for them all over again as you turn each page.
It was great seeing where Richard was at this stage too. He is such a big part of Cam and Mia's story, it would never feel finished without more of him. My heart is still partly his after all this time.
From the first word to the last, I was ethralled by this story. In fact I read this book in one sitting, couldn't wait to turn each page to find out what happened next.
So whilst I am going to miss everyone from this series, I am happy to see what Ms Fewings brings us next.
