More Liam Edenhoff? Let me at him!
If you have read my reviews, you know that I was not a big fan of book 2, The Neighborhood, however more of Liam made this a no brainer for me.
And I am pleased to say that I really enjoyed Block Party. I have adored Liam through through the whole series so far, and I wanted him to find his HEA. He needs a HEA.
I completely and utterly adored who he ends up with. Completely unexpected, but just so perfect for him.
Not going to lie, I still really, really, really dislike Wulf. Not sure if I am supposed to hate him, but every time he turns up on the page I just want to slam my fist through my kindle!
There is great set up for the next book in the series. Oh boy, that one is going to be a ride and a half!
Can't wait for the next installment. Bring. It. On.

Sylvain Reynard is one of my must read authors. It has been a while since we have had a new book, however it is worth every second of the wait.
We are again swept away in an epic story of love, mystery and intrigue.
This is the story of Nicholas and Acacia. Their world's couldn't be further apart, but at the same time overlap.
I adored Acacia right from the get go. I love that she is strong and sassy and takes not crap from anybody. I love that she also wants nothing from anyone and stands on her own.
Nicholas, well he is one that it took me a while to warm up to, but once I did... *fans myself*.
It also took a lot of time for me to feel the connection between our lovelies, though I could feel their passion right away. Might have just been my frame of mind when I was reading though.
Their commitment to their secrets has to be admired too - even when it causes more dramas.
Reynard takes us on a whirlwind world tour with The Man In The Black Suit. Mostly set in beautiful Paris, we just never knew where they would end up next.
Reynard writes with such beautiful imagery , that you can't help but get swept away and can feel yourself in each new city. I felt like I travelled to half of Europe without even leaving my couch.
Dark, intense and mysterious, I didn't want The Man In The Black Suit to end.
Can't wait to see what we get next.

It has been a while since I have read a Willow Aster story, so this sure was a different one to jump back into that pool.
The title alone had me intrigued, the blurb had me needing to jump right in.
Lilith's story is one of love, lost, betrayal and redemption. She is (mostly) a strong heroine and I couldn't help but cheer for her as she broke away from the life she was trapped in.
However about half way through, she started making some dumbass decisions, and I couldn't help but roll my eyes and think "really? That's what you're going to do?" But this could just be me.
The second half fell away a little for me, and everything felt a little rushed and a lot of "seriously?" moments - but again, that could just be me.
I did like where the story ended up though.
I will not be leaving it so long between reads in the future.

I haven't read the first book, Retreat (even though I bought it when it first came out) however this did not affect my reading of Shelter.
Boy, what a ride. Sutton and Emrys' story is not always an easy one to read (not the writing, the content). However right from their devastating start, I was hooked.
As I was reading, Taylor Dane's song "Shelter" ran through my head quite often, and it really is the them song of our lovelies relationship.
Sutton could have turned out as a character that you could really dislike, however you just can't. He has some deep, dark issues that could ruin him.
Emrys runs. Runs from love. Runs from fear. Runs from happiness. Until now.
I adore her. She is so strong, so loving. So no putting up with Sutton's self destructive way
It was wonderful to see them healing each other.
There is plenty of drama and intrigue in this story. Some outcomes that I certainly wasn't expecting!
The little scene stealer in this whole story is Daye. Oh my goodness I fell in love with her the first time she was on the page.
I was swept away with the story, the Wyoming setting, the Warner family. Through it all this family stays strong!
Now I need to go back and read retreat, and can't wait for the 3rd brother's story in the new year.

What a completely different kind of story from Sloane Howell is Bad Dad.
I wasn't really sure what to expect with this one. After reading the blurb I was kind of expecting a lighter story.
However what we get is a darker, gripping story of a single dad and is son.
Landon Lane, father to Logan is not what you could call bad, however his situation could be.
He is a bit of an odd duck, however as the story continues you can understand why he is how he is.
Enter Cora, and you can feel the difference in him immediately.
And then there is the reason for Landon's being, his boy Logan I just fell in love with Logan right away, you can't help it.
I don't want to give things away, there is so many things going on in this story that you will be kept on your toes.
There are some great secondary characters that I really hope we get more of in the future **cough cough Joe cough cough*
It did take a little while for the story to really get going, however once it did I just had to turn the pages to find out what would happen.
Full of mystery, fun and love, I read this book in one evening.
Can' wait to see what Mr Howell brings us next.

Another fantastic installment in this series.
what has made this a davourite of mine so far is that along with the murder and mystery, this time Lovely Eve delves into her past.
My heart broke for her as we learned more. However there is nothing she can't do without her gorgeous Roarke
kKicking myself for taking 3 years to get to my next In Death book. Won't be waoting that long again

....another Wicked Horse book!
And I have to say, this one was my favourite of the Vegas series... so far.
And is a great start to the spin off Jameson group series.
I completely adore Bodie and Rachel, with all their flaws and troubles.
I love the role reversal in this one, with Bodie the completely family guy and Rachel so not. I can understand why, and I can completely relate about not wanting kids.
I laughed and I cried along with our lovelies as the story progressed. This story was a little bit more darker and emotional than the other books in the Wicked Horse series - and I love it.
I love the crossover of characters between the series and loved getting little glimpses of previous characters lives.
Ms Bennett is getting back to her best. There was a while there where her stories were a little disappointing to me (this is just my thoughts) however her last 2 releases have been great.
I can't wait to see where this Jameson series goes. Gimme Gimme Gimme more

It is always a good day when a new Kim Karr story turns up on your kindle.
A grumpy doctor who doesn't want to be near her. The wedding planner who doesn't believe in love any more.
Yep, you can just feel right from the first slice of cake that there is going to be sparks between our lovelies.
I adore our lovely wedding planner Jules. She is completely adorable in her slightly clumsy ways. I couldn't help but love her.
Jake.. le sigh. He made me want to get sick so I could go find him at my local ER!
There are great secondary characters rounding out Jake and Jules' story. I freaking love love love Monty and Archer and they need their own book stat!
There is also Jule's cousin Finn and her ex Jaxson that I need more of - soon.
There is just something about this story that I loved. It is not something I can put my finger on and say "that's it!". The Thing About Love just as a wonderful vibe about it.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book from the first word to the last.
I wanted more.
Please give me more, Ms Karr. And don't make me wait too long (I know, greedy and impatient here!!)
I look forward to seeing what Ms Karr brings us next.

If you have read my reviews, you know that I had my problems with the first book in this series, Fraternize.
I am very happy to say I didn't have those problems with Infraction.
This story was kind of set up in the first book, and Miller and Kinsey did not disappoint.
Secrets, exes that make you want to scream at your kindle, overprotective siblings, family dramas. this book has a bit of everything.
I adore Miller and Kinsey trying to figure out what their relationship is, especially trying to work it out whilst keeping things secret.
I am not going to lie. Kinsey's brogher Jax is a complete jerk for about 90% of the story. His over protectiveness could be sweet, but it isn't. It is so OTT that is makes him come across as an arse most of the time. He did get better towards the end of the book but boy he tested me!
There is also some darker things through this book than just Miller and Kinsey's relationship, but I don't want to spoil anything by talking about them. Just know that they are there.
I really did enjoy this book so much better than book 1. I am a big fan of Ms Van Dyken and have read many of her different series (boy does she write different genres well).
I hope we get more of these characters in the future.

Book an appointment with your dentist, as Jillian and Jones' story is so darn sweet it will give you a toothache.
I have adored Ms Blakely's male POV stories, however it was nice to go back to dual POV for a little while.
Most Likely To Score is full of fun and flirty banter, laced with a huge dose of UST. Serious sexual tension that you can cut with a knife. **still fanning myself**
At times Jones kinda loses his man card with his amazingness, but he earns it all back - with extra (this could just be me though)
I love that Jones really likes to be at one with nature. Poor Jillian - I know I would never ever have her willpower!
What I really liked is that there is no drama for drama's sake. No OTT tragedy in their pasts (sure, they have their problems but who doesn't?) Nope, we are focused on our lovelies and them working towards a relationship when it all seems like it's a bad idea)
So hands off (I am talking about you Bianca!) I am taking this Jones as mine!
Can't wait to see what Ms Blakely brings us next.
