♬ Doctor Doctor, give me the news I've got a bad case of lovin' you! ♬

Yes! Let me at the next Dr Hottie, chief of St Luke's Emergency Departments, Dr Scott Shepherd.

Yep, just like Grey's Anatomy we have another McDreamy.

Max Monroe has delivered another smart, sexy funny romance that had me turning the pages. Harlow and Scott have that insta-spark thing going on, but he is a manwhore (who doesn't lead the ladies on) and she is like Taylor Swift - never ever ever getting back in a relationship.

Of course he will wear her down eventually, right? I mean, fighting is a form of foreplay, don't they say?

I loved getting a little bit of the Billionaire Bad Boys thrown in for good measure too. I will always need a little bit of Thatch in my stories!

Whilst I found that Dr ERotic was not as laugh out loud funny as Dr OBscene, that does not mean it was it was not as good or it wasn't funny, just a different kind of funny.

Dr ER is sweet and sexy and cute and adorable, and I read it in one sitting.

Now to see if Max Monroe can redeem Nick for me in the next book, as I have not been much of a fan of him to date.

I knew after reading Raw Deal that Raw Need was going to be a story with quite a bit of akwardness - pregnant to the dead husband is always going to make things a little bit difficult, right?

Right from the get go I adored Rowan and Zane - their connection, their friendship, their everything. Not going to lie, they did cause me to shed a tear or two ... or more. I grieved along with Rowan as she came to terms with hubby's death, her pregnancy, her loneliness.

And Zane - well, he was all kinds of white knight. He swept in and was the friend that she needed. And plus, who doesn't want to be friends with a hottie rock star??

What surprised me with this book was how much I really disliked characters from the first book. I mean really, really disliked them **side eye at Mike and Savannah**. I spent most of the book seething at them, wanting to tell them to STFU. I am not sure if I was supposed to feel this way, but boy did I!

I loved being taken on this beautiful journey with Rowan and Zane. As painful as it was to read at times, it was full of love and hope.

Now I need to know all about little bro Damien.

Please don't make us wait too long Ms Lynn.

This is the first Emily March book I have read, so coming in 13 books into a series did make things a little bit difficult for me at times

Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy it, but things flew right over my head.

I did mostly like Lilliana and her summer of self discovery, however I felt that the reason why she ran away for the summer was left behind at the beginning and forgotten until right at the end. It was a pretty big thing that happened and then... just dropped.

I did have quite a bit of trouble keeping up with who's who at the zoo. Since it is so far into a series ,and it is all adopted families and blended families and so many characters, I felt like my head was spinning trying to keep up - however if you are up to date with the series, you probably won't have this trouble.

I did adore Lilliana's friend Patty - she was a hoot and I want to be like her when I grow up.

I did like the push/pull between Lili and Brick - the boy she has loved all her life. He is a bit of a d!ck at times, but he does redeem himself to me.

I did feel that there was maybe just a little bit too much going on in the story at times, but this is probably just me. I also felt that the ending was a little rushed, again as so much was happening throughout the story.

If you are a fan of this author and this series, you will enjoy A Stardance Summer.

Sweet baby cheeses and all that is holey! It has been a bit of a wait for Give Me Hell, but well worth it!

Mac Valentine has always been a bit of a favourite of mine. I love her snark and fight and don't give a f&*k attitude, and would like to think that we would be fantastic friends.

I loved going back and reading her story from the past right up to today. We know about her as the manager of Jamieson, but holy tears, Batman! What we learn had my heart breaking

I don't want to give away anything about what happens - you wouldn't believe me if I told you anyway - but you have been warned! Curve ball after curve ball will be thrown your way.

I loved the family dynamics between the Valentines, loved that it wasn't all Leave It To Beaver perfect families, but when push came to shove, family is family, no matter what.

I was hooked from the first word to the last. Give Me Hell is a fast paced, action packed hell of a ride and I didn't want to get off.

Give Me More, Ms McCarthy!

Firstly, I am not usually one to even really look at covers, but helllloooo look at those shoes. I mean, I couldn't wear them without breaking my ankles and my neck, but they are hot!

We all have days when our lives are a bit of a train wreck, right?

Eve Thornton's train wreck is just a little more public than ours - public humiliation is never fun, right?

What I love about her though is that she is not one to sit on her ar$e and grumble about it all. Whilst she could have done nothing but cry about it and eat ice cream and let daddy's money pay her bills, she didn't.

Like Chumbawumba said "I get knocked down, but I get up again, you're never gonna keep me down"

Eve starts afresh. I mean, when you are given lemons, throw them at someones head, right? Oh wait, make lemonade *side eyes* yeah, that's what I meant.

And what a way to start anew! From the first time Josh was on the page he was all kinds of what floats my boat! I fell for him hook. line and sinker!

I loved the art aspect of Train Wreck, I love art, however I can't draw a stick person to look like it is supposed to. I adored that Josh's tattoo work is portrayed more as art than just a tattoo. I adored that Eve through herself back into her art - with a little inspiration from her tattooed hottie.

There is a great cast of secondary characters - please tell us that we will get more of Dallas and Kitty in the future?

Train Wreck had me laughing, had me screaming at my kindle, had me crying, and had me hoping for better things for our lovelies.

Ms Gephart drew me into the story, got me invested in the lives of the characters, and left me wanting more.

I can't wait to see what she brings us next

PS. When I was reading, the chapter art work had me thinking of bacon - every single chapter. Please tell me I am not the only one!

It is always hit and miss when you read an author's debut work (I know, I know, everyone started out as a debut novelist, but there are just so many books out there these days!)

But The Hating Game by Sally Thorne was definitely a hit for me.

You know as a kid and your mum told you that the boy/girl was pulling your hair/picking on you because they liked you? Well Lucy and Josh just took that into adulthood!

I loved the banter and the games this pair play in the office. They made me laugh out loud at some of the antics I have gotten up to in the office I have worked in over the years (there was a very memorable situation with 300 paperclips and rolls of sticky tape.....)

But behind her smiles there is a woman who just wants to be loved, and a man just broken enough to be complicated but not angsty.

Though at times I wanted to bitch slap the pair of them!

"You've broken me down so completely. I can't even handle it when a guy tells me I'm beautiful."

See... heart hurts for them.

I did get to the point where I was telling my book "come on you two, you know you want to!" I just wanted them to figure out what us readers did a long time ago!

There were plenty of laugh out loud moments, plenty of swoony moments, plenty of sweet and tender moments in The Hating Game.

I really enjoyed this book, and I will be keeping an eye out for more of Ms Thorne's work in the future.

This is the second in the Love Hurts series, however they are stand alones and can both be read alone.

I adored Jilted. It is a sweet, sexy and at times turbulent second chance love story, and I am always a sucker for one of those.

Throw in a Hollywood superstar and her small town love of her life and there is going to be major sparkage.

I live in a small town, so I get the small town vibe, the gossips, the rumour mill. I could understand Eden feeling like she was under a microscope.

Coop - sigh, what was there not to love about the guy? He has such a taciturn nature at times, but when he lets fly, well, he lets everyone know his feelings.

There were some great, and some downright d!ckish characters in Jilted that I just loved to hate.

Jilted is a sweet, sexy, cute albeit predictable story, but that didn't stop me reading it in one day and enjoying it.

Can't wait to see what Ms Bennett brings us next.

More books in the kind-of-Stark Universe - woohoo!

I loved everything about Wicked Grind. I adored our lovelies, Wyatt and Kelsey, I loved their story, gah I just wanted more.

Told in dual POVs and in past and present tense, I felt like I fell in love with these characters twice.

This book has a bit of everything. It made me laugh, but it made me cry. It is sexy and sweet and full of love, but also oh so sad at times. I just wanted to jump into the book and give everyone a big bear hug.

There are some fantastic secondary characters - I adore Kelsey's brother Griffin, and hope we get more of him in the future.

I loved the little glimpse we got of Nikki and Damien and Jackson and Sylvia.

I don't want to give anything away, so just know that I was hooked on this book right from the start, and couldn't wait to turn each page to see where we were taken.

Can't wait for more.

I am a sucker for a hockey romance, so reading this novella in the Colorado Ice series was a no brainer.

Though this time it is not about the hockey players, but their mascot Owen / Bernie.

I adored Owen right from the get go, I could feel his hurt at always seeming to be invisible around his hockey friends.

Paige wants to be invisible She hides herself in her office, hides behind clothes.

This is more than just a sweet romance, it is about 2 scarred and scared individuals finding that they can be more, that they are more.

It is always hard with a novella to get it all in the story. I did struggle to feel the connection between our lovelies - particularly Paige to Owen. However with a bit more time I am sure that this would have developed more.

Or maybe I just wanted this to be a full length story so everything could be fleshed out?

Maybe This Summer is sweet and sexy and lovely, and a good quick read to tide us over until book 3 in the series
