There are a few questions I ask myself every time I pick up a Stephanie Plum book:

Will she pick Morelli or Ranger?

What hair-brained schemes will Lulu come up with?

How many cars will explode?

If hasn't picked one yet, Morelli is mine, right?

Actually, with that first question, I know she is not going to make any decisions, so that automatically makes Morelli mine - #winning!

Here we are, 23 books into the series, and I pretty much know that I am going to be getting the same book since he last ones (in fact, I skipped a few before this one) and I know that I can pick u right where I left off.

I know that Stephanie won't have grown up, I know that Lulu will be up to some kind of mischief, I know that Stephanie will be flitting between Morelli and Ranger.

But even with all that, I still really enjoyed Turbo Twenty Three. It is a rollicking ride, fun and lots of roll-your-eye moments, but I still sat and read it in one sitting. I know there will be more books with more of the same, and I know I will end up reading them all too.

I just hope that one day, she will make a decision, and the series will end before it jumps the shark. And seriously, how old is that hamster of hers? Rex as to be well past the average hamster age?!?!

Continuing on from the first book The Hero, The Protector was full throttle from the first word to the last.

This time we have Cullen Loughman, youngest son of the missing man Orrin from the first book, and pilot Mia.

This installment is very action packed, and each time you think you had an answer to one of the man questions being raised, another curve ball was thrown our way. Who are the good guys? Who can they trust? Who will get out of this alive?

There is going to be lots to cover in the next book to tie up all these loose ends, but I am very much looking forward to Wyatt's book - hope it is not too long a wait.

I have this terrible disease called Booksalzheimer's, and I can forget about a book before I have even put it back on the shelf!

I was certain that I was going to go into Surrender completely clueless and forgetful of what happened in Demand, but a few minutes I was right back in the swing of Ella and Kayden's world, continuing on their adventure.

This action packed story was the perfect end to their story. It was a suspense filled roller coaster of a ride, never knowing what was going to happen to our lovelies next. We never knew who was going to be the next to suffer from betrayal or disloyalty. I was shocked as events unfolded before my eyes, really did no see some things coming.

I just needed our lovelies to get their HEA. Can't tell you if they do though!

I have really enjoyed this series, and can't wait to see what Ms Jones brings us next.

And another Mayson bites the dust, this time Cash and Lilly's girl Ashlyn.

It has been a while since I read an ARR, and I know I have missed a book or two in the Until Him/Until Her series, but that did not affect my enjoyment of Until Ashlyn.

Dillon and Ashlyn's story didn't take the normal route. Sure, there was a boom, but they way they went about things , well, we just knew that this would be trouble.

Dillon, Dillon, Dillon. Whilst most of the time I adored you, there were times when I felt like you were a stalker jerk. Some of the things that you said and did just had the radar pinging. But this might just be me.

I loved getting more of the Mayson kids as much as I loved getting more of their parents. The bond between them all is amazing - though I think in the real world it would be a bit stifling and annoying (and I really do love my family, they would just drive me bonkers if they were as in my life as they are here!)

There is a bit of a suspensey part to the story line, but it is not too much drama or angst.

I sat and read Until Ashlyn in one sitting, and I can't wait to see who gets their boom next.

It has been a bit of a wait for this latest Kindle Alexander, but it was worth every second of the wait.

The time it has taken this duo to release Painted On My Heart has not been idle time. This dynamic duo have created a wonderful, amazing story. It is full of beautifully developed characters, heartbreaking yet heartwarming story lines that kept me enraptured from the first word to the last.

I read this book between Christmas and New Year whilst staying with friends, and I found my self sneaking away from the group to pick up my kindle and read some more.

Arik and Kellus' story ticked all the boxes. A slow burn romance (this girl is not a fan of insta-love!) with sexual tension out the wazoo, a beautiful, broken man struggling to see what his future can be, a sexy, possessive man out to get the man he wants. And all without a truckload of angst.

It is full of love, and most of all hope. I shed a tear or two throughout my read, but it wouldn't be a Kindle Alexander book if they didn't leave me a snivelling mess at some time!

I loved revisiting characters from earlier books by KA, and it has made me crave a reread (just need to find the time to fit one in now)

Now I am impatiently awaiting what they bring us next!

You can read Hollywood Prince without reading No Pants Required and Bedwrecker, but why would you want to miss out of the hotness of Cam and Keen?

This is Amelia and Brooklyn's story - if you have read the previous books, you will recognise Cam and Makayla and Keen and Maggie. Cam is Amelia's brother, and Keen is Brooklyn's brothe. Though this is A & B's story, there is plenty of our other lovelies in this book.

I adore a good friends to lovers book, and when the "keeping it secret" thing comes into play, I just adore it even more.

Ms Karr really knows how to keep a girl wanting more. From their first present day encounter to the last word, I just kept turning the pages. I needed to know what was happening with them, I needed them to move on from their sexy times to more more more. And oh did I love their sexy times!

There is just something about these characters that has drawn me right in. I love their banter, their snark, the love between this family they have created.

I am completely enamoured with Amelia's best friend Carter. I want, no I NEED to know more about him. I need him to find his HEA.

Right this minute. Like yesterday. Please Ms Karr!

I can't wait to see where these characters go next.

I have read plenty of Lora Leigh books in the past and have really enjoyed them.

I am not going to lie, I was thorougly confuzzled for about the first 30% of Intense Pleasure. Sure, it was intense, and there was plenty of pleasuring going on, but it took me that long to really get my head around the dynamic of our trio - Summer, Falcon and Raeg.

And it may be just me, but I felt like I was coming in halfway through the story, or that this was part of a series that I hadn't read earlier parts of - but that is probably just my brain!

Once I got my head around who was who and what was what, I really got into the story.

It is a sexy, erotic, suspenseful story, full of twists and turns. It was a case of who was who, could you trust them, and what would happen with our confusing and loving trio.

There were some things that popped up near the end that had me confused again - but this may also have just been me.

I loved the vulnerability of the characters in their personal lives when they are such badasses professionally. And I adored the southern family dynamic that shines right on through the story.

Yes! Charlotte and Matt... I mean Mr President are back!

Following on from were Mr President ends, Commander in Chief is the perfect ending to our lovelies story.

I just adored this book so much. Sure, Matt and Charlotte have challenges they need to overcome to hopefully get to their HEA. Unlike so many other books out there these days, though they have challenges, there is no over the to drama for drama's sake - don't get me wrong, it has it's place, but not here.

Commander In Chief is an angst free, sweet and sexy continuation of their story. There are plenty of sexy times, lots of President-y times, but mostly just Matt and Charlotte times.

I think the USA needs a new election and Vote 1 Matthew Hamilton for President (instead of that tangerine tinted buffoon who is about to be sworn in!)

The only thing I didn't lie about Commander In Chief - that the story ended. I sat and read this book in one day, needing to know what happened, but not wanting to reach the last page.

Now I am impatiently waiting for what Ms Evans brings us next.

It has been a good while since we had a new Cherrie Lynn book, but Raw Deal was worth the wait.

Mike and Savannah's story is full of heartbreak, of guilt, of confusion. But most of all there is hope.

Right from the first chapter Ms Lynn had me feeling so much emotion. So much sadness, I had to read through tears at times. This book is raw, gritty and real, as our lovelies hearts fight against their heads to forge a relationship that everyone else feels they shouldn't have.

I loved Mike's brothers - especially Dane. I can't wait to see what happens with him and Savannah's sister in law Rowan - at least I hope something happens with them!

Raw Deal had me craving a visit back to New Orleans. I was wanting beignets as I read, and I could imagine myself walking the streets of the French Quarter again, taking in the history of the town, the sights, sounds and smells (not all good!!) of the city.

I am really looking forward to seeing where the Larson Brothers take us next.

I m not going to lie. I am sooooo not religious, and I am very picky with my paranormal books, but the blurb sounded cute and it is a Renee Carlino book, so I dived right in.

This book has a very "City of Angels" feel - without the wreck that is Nicolas Cage (sorry Cage fans, but just no!!).

I loved the interaction between all the angels. The bite, the snark, the friendships.

And whilst I adore the relationshopip between Lucian and Evey, I did feel that the lead up was a bit rushed. It fell all wham bam thank you angel from them meeting to moving in with each other - but this could just be me and the fact I am not a fan of insta-love relationships.

But the last 25% of the book I felt made up for the rushed beginning for me. I loved the action and suspense and the turns the story took.

I also appreciated that there wasn't tooo much religion and God stuff in there - again, this is just my thing and wouldn't bother a lot of other people.

So whilst Lucian Divine is not exactly my kettle of fish, it was an enjoyable, sweet story that I am glad I picked up and read.
Now I am impatiently awaiting what Ms Carlino brings us next.
