My beautiful player is back. Oh Will Sumner, how I have missed you.

This novella was just what I needed. Christina Lauren had me giggling within the first couple of chapters - my goodness Will and his boobage obsession are delightful! - and as the story progressed, I just fell more and more in love with Will and Hanna.

I loved that is wasn't just "and they lived happily ever after", there were trials as they come to grips with married life, career decisions.

The dynamic duo of Christina Lauren have me intrigued with every book of theirs I read, and I can't wait to see what they bring us next!

Luke and London!! It's about Luke and London.

Now, this took me a little by surprise, as London was really just a bit player throughout the other books - and we all knew who and what Luke was like!

I really didn't know what to expect with this pairing. But what I got... oh it was exquisite!

There is a beautiful chemistry between the pair. There is heat, there is passion. There is hesitance and reluctance. Wistful glances across the room. Every touch that could end up so much more.

There is a push-pull between them that never lets one get far from the other. I could understand their hesitance in becoming more (even if you haven't read the other books, there is enough information in WSL so you will understand), but each and every delicious page I was hopeful that this would be the page they would say "screw it" and go for it.

I loved that there was a slow, slow burn between our lovelies. Taking the time to really know each other, to trust, to love.

And another big plus for me - not big on the angsty feels from the characters not communicating with each other. They are what they are and they are forthright with it.

I adored that we got lots of the couples from the first three books.

This was definitely my favourite of the Wild Seasons books, and I think Luke has leapfrogged into second position in my list of favourite CL men - but still not overtaking my man Will Sumner.

Christina Lauren write beautiful, fun contemporary romance, and each and every one of them is an insta-one-click for me.

Now I am already impatiently waiting for what comes next from these amazing ladies.

It has been a good while since I have read a Nina Levine novel, but what a way to come back to her writing with Steal My Breath.

I love a good friends-to-lovers story, and this is what we get with this beautiful story. There are some issues that keep them in the friend zone a lot longer than they really want, but as they saying goes, all good things come to those who wait.

I adore Luke and Callie. There are so many times where I would burst out laughing, other times I would be be sad and feeling quite forlorn for both Luke and Callie. Secret are never a good thing for a relationship, and Luke's really were doozies!

But the chemistry between this pair is off the charts, and I just felt it in my bones that they would be able to make it. They just had to!

There were some parts of the storyline that had me really wondering who was the good guy and who was the baddies - and it is quite suspenseful. I kinda guessed some things but really wasn't sure until Ms Levine wanted us to know for sure.

I really did enjoy Steal My Breath, and I look forward to what Ms Levine brings us in the future.

I love a sports romance, and it is quite refreshing to find a sports romance that is female-centric rather than the usual fighter/baseballer/NFLer

For the Win is a sweet, fun story about Lainey Lukas, a World Cup winning soccer star and her new team in Seattle.

She really could have come across as cold, hard and obsessed with winning and nothing else, but Ms Rider has written her character so well that even though she is all those things at times, she didn't really feel that way to me.

Then there is our "Hometown Hero", Gabe Havelak. Cocky SOB who really is the thorn in Lainey's side

But they have this witty, competitive, flirtatiousness about their banter and even Blind Freddy could see that these two are going to love or loathe each other.

I loved that they don't just jump into bed together. There is a slow build, a spark turning into an inferno of need and desire that the reader knows is going to be hot as Hades if/when they get their act together.

And I loved their team mates, especially Lainey's. And I can't wait to see where their stories go as the series progresses.

This is the 6th book in this series, but all can be read as stand alones (though why would you want to miss out on all the goodness??)

We are back in The Underground, this time with Hamish "Goblin" McBride - sexy, tattooed Irish fighter with a heart of gold. He's a mountain of a man and pretty much an island.

He's got secrets, a double life of s0rts. And never the twain shall meet.

Until Lori Walker comes into his life.

I adored Lori. She's a take no crap lady who will give you the middle finger rather than give you the time of day if you get on her wrong side.

And so begins an unlikely friendship, but with the chemistry and sparks flying between these two, it can only be a matter of time before they become more... or is it?

I just love Hamish and Lori together - they just get each other.

Of course the road to love and relationships is never smooth and our lovelies have their fair share of road blocks to contend with. But do they get there - that's why you have to read for yourself!

I love this series, and feel that every book just gets better.

Now Ms Cross, what will you have for us next??

**You will need to have read Kick Push before reading Coast**

Kick Push was one of my top reads of 2015. No, not just 2015, one of my favourite books of all time.

So Coast had some mighty big skate shoes to fill.

And fill them they did.

It has been a couple of days since I finished reading Coast, and I still don't know how to put into words how I feel and to to this book justice.

I was nervouse to find out what would happen to Josh and Becca and the heartbreak kid Tommy after the way Kick Push ended, so while I wanted to dive into Coast, I needed to steel my heart for what I was about to read.

I ran the full gamut of emotions whilst reading Coast. I laughed, I cried - oh boy did I cry - and at times I thought my heart was going to break with all the feels.

But through it all I had this amazing feeling of hope.

Becca is such an amazing, strong woman. Through everything that has happened, she stands tall, she's a fighter through and through. And now she needs to protect her heart from the one man that could ruin her all over again

"Because I'm Becca Owens - a broken girl.

And he's Josh Warden - the boy who broke me."

Josh and Becca's journey in Coast is not an easy one - but considering their past, it is not surprising and I would have hated it if everything fell right back into place for them. The struggles they endured, the hurdles they had in their way just made their story.

And as much as I love Josh and Becca, the scene stealer who climbed his way into my heart was definitely Tommy. I adored him in Kick Push, but now in Coast - gah! He is so much more! The way he is with "his Becca" would break the ice around the coldest of hearts.

Jay McLean really has nailed it with Coast. I wish I could go back and read it again for the first time, over and over. This is one of my top reads of 2016, and am sure it will stick with me as a top read for a long time.

If you have read any of my reviews, you will know I am a sucker for a rock star book.

But to me, although there is a rock band and rocker involved, to me he is the secondary character in this book and it doesn't really make it a rock star book (but that's probably just me)

I am not going to lie, for the first 35% of the book, I really struggled to like anyone. I hated the rock star Niko (well, I hated him right through the book actually) and even though at times our main girl Josie could be a great character, she would again capitulate to Niko's wants and I was left rolling my eyes thinking "stupid girl".

And at times I did think about putting this to my DNF pile

But after this far in I don't like to give up. And when Josie left the band, I felt that for me the story took a turn for the better and I did enjoy it.

Josie is a complicated girl. Straight A student headed off to college, she rebels and runs away from it all and becomes the life of the party.

And then there is the "hero" of the book, JQ. We don't even really see him in the book until well after half way through the book, except for vague thoughts from Josie. I would really liked to have had more of him in the book.

Uhg, I am making this sound like I didn't like this book at all, but that is not the case. Yes, I did have a few issues with it, but these could just be my problems, so don't let them stop you from reading it.

#Kissing was an interesting tale of a little girl lost finding her way back to her true self. It is not always an easy read, and there were some things and characters I didn't like, but overall I did like the story.

I wonder if Ms Brixton will bring us more of these characters in the future?

I have loved everything I have read by Ms Layne to date, so I knew what I was in for with From This day Forward.

This is a cute, sweet second chance romance and a great start to the Wedding Belles series (which I am really looking forward to).

Miscommunications - or no communications - always make for a bit of a mess in relationships, and this is the case with Leah and Jason.

Jason is just sex on a stick with a smirk that melts knickers at 20 paces. Leah is the perfect blend of hard work, sweet and sexy all rolled into one fiery redhead.

I hope we get more of them and their antics throughout the Wedding Belles series, which I can't wait for more of.

Yes! Hudson and Teague are the story that I have been waiting for since this series began.

And to me, it was the best in the series!

Hudson and Teague have been doing the mating dance around each other for as long as they can remember. But neither has taken the leap to take thing further, both believing that their attraction is one sided.

Teague has been so wrapped up in himself and things from his past that he doesn't believe that he can love, or can be loved. He has his one night stands, never letting emotion in.

Until Hudson. Mute since birth, there is so much this man can say with just a look.

And just one kiss.

**Fanning myself - did it just get hot in here??**

Actually, Speechless is more than just sexy man on man action - though there is plenty of that.

This book touches on some deeper, darker issues that as a society we all need to speak up about. Depression, suicide, mental illness all play a pretty big part in this story. Sometimes things in this book hit pretty close to home for me, and I had to read through big fat tears.

I loved that we got more of the couples from the first two books, and how all of their lives are so interwoven that we just can't have another story without learning more about them also.

The more I read of this series and of Ms Edwards works, the more I love them. Each book in this Pier 70 series just gets better and better, and I hope we get more soon.

*For anyone who has depression, please talk to someone about it. You don't need to be alone in this. I suffer myself and would not be here without the love and help of my family and friends*

Nicole Edwards has become one of my automatic one-click authors, and I can't wait to see what she brings us next.

What a sweet, quick read is Foolproof Love.

I have read Ms Robert O'Malley's series and she is quickly becoming one of my "auto read" authors, so the chance to read Foolproof Love was a no brainer.

Jules is happy with her life, has a job she love and loves her home town - except for how everyone treats her like she is going to be the town spinster and cat lady - all at the age of 26.

Adam Meyer got out of dodge as soon as he could and doesn't want to be back in town, but family has brought him back.

When Jules' ex comes back in town and starts sniffing around, wanting Jules back because, hey, he is god's gift (in his own mind), she starts a fake relationship with the legendary bad boy Adam.

Fake it till you make it, right?

I adore adore adored Jules - except for the way she lets other people treat her. I wanted to shake some sense into her, tell her to stop being a doormat.

There is so much sexual attraction between Adam and Jules, it is like everything around them would combust when they are within 50 feet of each other!

And when things heat up - which they do - boy oh boy... I am still fanning myself days after reading!

There are some great secondary characters, and we get a bit of a lead up to the second book in the series in this first book - and I think the next one is going to be very interesting!

This is a fun, sweet, dirty talking, sexy and quirky little romance and a great start to this series.

Please don't make us wait too long for the next book!
