Mariana knows how to write a slow burn. I think this book does an excellent job of showcasing the tension and the build up to the relationship. But it is a book that ends with them beginning a relationship and then jumps forward into the epilogue to wrap it with a bow. I wanted to see them in the relationship and didn't get that with this book.

I love that Morgan went deeper and darker in this book than her norm. There's a lot of emotional depth in here and our main characters are very lovable despite (or maybe in spite of) their struggles. However, I really struggle with time jumps and this book follows the Then/Now format jumping back and forth between the two. So many people are just absolutley loving this book, so I think its a me and not the book problem.

I mean, sure. Just a good ole fashion romp in the snow with 3 burly dudes. What could you possibly not love?

Probably the funniest of Emily Henry's books. Loved this. Will absolutley read it again.

I will recommend this book to any and all parents. I would list this book as a handy guide for anyone interested in figuring out what gentle parenting is and gathering some tools along the way. It is set up in a handy format that will allow you to read a chapter and focus on just one thing at a time.

Yes. Will absolutley recommend this one to other people.

I remember liking this book, but I read it a week ago and I can't remember a damn thing.....

I can't figure out why I can't stop reading these books. In all honesty, they aren't even that great. But I like spice and its really low tension and even though it acts like the stakes are high, everything is resolved really quickly with like almost no buildup of tension. I think my stressy depressy brain just needed some quick and dirty smut and this filled that void. There's a lot of toxic masculinity up in this series and I definitely groaned about it a few times and just kept reading anyways.
