Probably my favorite of the series - 3.5 stars. These are quick, easy, low angst books with a bit of a witchy storyline. If you're looking for an easy read with a bit of spice you may enjoy this.
For some reason I read all of these books and now I can't get those hours of my life back.
I keep trying to make fantasy my thing, but it just isn't....
I loved the crap out of this. Its full of banter and its swoony and I just KNEW I was going to love a book full of Fizzy. I need more of her in my life at all times, please and thank you.
This book is woke and feminist and unexpected and fucking wonderful. Every time I thought I knew what was going to happen....it didn't. I swear, I had a feeling I knew who was going to end up with Bea but that road did not go the direction I thought it would. I fucking loved this read.
The addition of the podcasts and chats and articles was so freaking good. It brought some fun and levity and the podcasts were *chefs kiss* delightfully and ridiculously spot on.
I've never read a book by Kate Stayman-London before, but if this is what she puts out please count me in for a whole helluva lot more. Hot damn, this was fun.
And PS - I haven't watched an episode of Bachelor/Bachelorette in 15 years. That show icks me out so much and I still effing loved this book because it looks directly at the ick factor and slaps it in its big, icky, dramatic, showboaty face. And I AM HERE FOR IT.

A book about books with sapphic spice and a marriage of convenience. Just a quick, fun read.
I loved that this story started with a breakup and worked towards the HEA. It was different from most other romance novels because of that, and I really enjoyed watching their journey. I love Carrigans and all the people who make it what it is. I read the first in the series and I actually liked this one better!
Just writing this review while crying, no biggie. I love Jacob so much. I have generalized anxiety disorder and watching Briana love someone who acts a bit like me was a beautiful and wonderful and emotional experience. The only downside I found in this book, was there was a decent chunk of time where I just wanted to scream "JUST TALK TO EACH OTHER ALREADY". So, if you hate that in books, maybe this isn't for you. However, I will read everything Abby Jimenez writes. The emotions and the banter and the love get me every freaking time.
Sweet and spicy. A fun read, but overall not very memorable to me. I keep forgetting what happened in which book of the series and who each of the characters are. I can keep that shit on lock in my brain if I'm truly swooning. Also, I'm not a fan of the virgin trope and can get a bit too cringy for me.
