Michael Crichton always amazes me. He wrote Science fiction and historical fiction, and I love it. This book is an incredible story about a PRIVATEER (they hate being called pirates) who gets the job to rob a Spanish outpost. The story dragged me in and wouldn't let go until I finished. Honestly, for 2 weeks after I finished it I could think about nothing else. 5 stars.

This is a good graphic novel for kids. I'd say for grades 3-6.

I read this book in 2 days. I DEVOURED it. It was so good. It is a historical fiction about two French women during WW2, right as the Nazis invade France. One sister stays and lives under the rule of the Nazis while the other one runs away to help with the war effort.
Very well researched, very well written. I can tell that a LOT of time and effort went into this book. Not only is the story good, but the book is so well written I couldn't put it down. I felt like I was there.
