This was a cute little story about things that happened while Belle was still a "prisoner" in the Beast's castle.
She finds a book that allows her to enter the story herself and live it out like it was really happening. Little does she know that she's now tied up in the games of others and the outcome may not be totally in her control.
Overall, I liked the book. Like I said, it was cute and fun and it was nice to see all these characters out of their normal story. I wasn't a huge fan of the way Belle was portrayed throughout the book. I thought she seemed kinda clueless at times and I always considered her such an intelligent character. Other than that I really have no complaints about it.

I thought this was going to be a lot like the last book with a rather dull storyline but after a while it definitely got better. There's just so many books in this series at this point, they start to become hit or miss after a while.
I did enjoy the major storyline of this book although the methods and results were a little far fetched. It was an intense read.

4.5/5 stars
When the book started I expected to be slightly disappointed. It was slightly weird and highly personal for Helen and had her all across the map. But as the book went on it got better and I totally did not see the ending coming at all. That's what earned it the rating it got.

I love the story of how Lucy, Susan, Peter, and Edmund came to find Narnia!
This is the only book in the series I’ve read before and I’m looking forward to reading the rest of them!

Not knowing what this was about going into it, I was really pleased with this book. I got it over a year ago for free on amazon and wasn’t really sure how it was going to be.
I liked the premise of the story a lot and I thought the story was told very well. There were some editing issues but I’m overlooking it because I did get it for free.
All in all, I will definitely be reading the rest of the series!

What a rollercoaster ride!
There was so much action right from the get go and it never slowed down once, I absolutely loved it! I love how Aelin always seems to be prepared for everything and always seems to have a plan in place! She does need to be better about sharing some stuff though, it does seem to get her into trouble a lot.
I was a little put off by the amount of sex in the book, by the third scene I was kinda rolling my eyes and thinking please make this quick. It’s not something I really look for that much in books so I can totally do without it.
Other than that, everything about this books was wonderful and I cannot wait to read the next one!

I will start off by saying I really enjoyed this book. It did not, however, live up to the crazy hype it gets. I still think it was a great book and I plan on reading the rest of the series but it wasn’t “omg amazing” for me.
Evie was an interesting main character, a little ditzy but some great character development made her fun to read about. The storyline was very cool. Mystery meets paranormal meets historical. I love the combo. It doesn’t sound like the whole series is going to be like that though so I’m interest to see how it goes. I do enjoy anything in New York City in the 20s though so I’m sure I’ll enjoy the rest of the series!

4.5/5 stars!
I totally see why everyone loves this book!
It’s such a cool concept, being immersed in a video game world, battling the forces of evil trying to corrupt the OASIS, and trying to solve the clues to find the egg! There was a slow point towards the middle of the book when I wanted to shake Wade and tell him to grow up but once we got past that and the story picked up again it was great!
It’s definitely not something I normally would have read but I’m glad I did. And it’s definitely a concept I’d enjoy seeing in other books. I’m not a big gamer but I can see why a world like that is appealing to people.
I really hope the movie does the book justice. If it does it could end up being a really cool movie!

Loved loved loved this book!!
It was so much better than I was expecting it to be! I feel like the teen detective theme is starting to hit a point of being overused. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how different this was from what I was expecting.
I enjoyed the main character, I found her easy to relate to despite the age difference. I loved the writing. Anything that goes back and forth between the past and present is good in my book!
Needless to say, I’m really looking forward to the second book!

This is my second time reading this book and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time around! Still super fun and lighthearted and entertaining. Can’t wait to continue my reread of this series!
