I absolutely adored the stories in this book. They were haunting, real human stories with depth of emotion and very well written.

Book was not well written. Horribly written in fact. Choppy and hard to get through. The only reason I finished it is because I'm bored and I figured I'd started so I may as well finish. Wish she had written it better and focused less on the trial and more on her drug use and recovery. Ah well. I don't have any desire whatsoever to read her other book(s) after reading this one.

This book was sort of sad and depressing, but that's life sometimes, eh? I found it to be well written. the flowing prose was gorgeous. Really good writing, albeit a sad subject.

I Loved this book!! Absolutely adored it. Such good writing, and a great, real life story. I saw the movie too and loved it, but of course the book was much better. Amazing, highly recommended.

The book was interesting. Gave an old-world look at the art scene in Paris and Brussels. Especially interesting since I recently visited both cities.

This was such a cute, entertaining book! What a good story and excellent writing! I can't wait to read more of Roald Dahl's work!
