This was a fun start to a new cozy mystery series. I loved the bakery setting and Maddy is an endearing protagonist. Baby, her dog, is the star of the book. I wasn't a huge fan of Maddy's need to constantly take photos and list out all the applicable hashtags. This is definitely a "millenial" cozy, which aren't my favorites. However, I still had fun with this one and plan on continuing with the series. 

This was a blast! 

This was a strong, fun start to a new cozy mystery series! I absolutely adored the town of Raven Creek and the quirky characters. Phoebe is a very endearing, relatable protagonist, and I loved her cat Bob, the adorable orange tabby. It was fun to not only follow Phoebe's journey to solving the mystery but also learning about her Aunt Eudora and her family history. There is a touch of paranormal in this one, which was fun. I absolutely adored this one and cannot wait for book 2!

This was a fun start to a new cozy mystery series. I loved the setting, and the author did a great job of creating the Wisconsin atmosphere with the imagery and dialogue. Our protagonist, Delilah, is a bit rough around the edges, which can make her a hard character to like, but I really enjoyed following her journey to solving the mystery. This did get a bit dark for a cozy, but the other cozy elements made up for it. I'm looking forward to the next book! 

Thought provoking and brilliant. 

This is one of my favorite cozy series, and I was so happy to be back in Harvest, Ohio! This takes place around Thanksgiving, so I loved following Bailey King and the Swissman Sweets group as they prepared fun treats for the occasion. Jethro is back with more shenanigans as well. I loved the mystery and learning more about the characters as we went through the book. I highly recommend this series and this book!
