Feels so much more organic and less tropey and formulaic than most more recent sapphic romances. The relationship progresses naturally, and we actually get scenes of the characters interacting with friends and family and just living their lives that aren’t directly tied into the main romance narrative, making the characters and the world feel fleshed out and real. The characters have traits and backstories that also aren’t directly tied into the main romance narrative. I loved reading a sapphic romance that felt like an actual novel!

I cried so much! Margaery x Sansa forever (and a day)!

I cannot believe this is the author’s debut novel and that it was written for NaMoWriMo, it is perfect

As a woman in my late thirties who is a huge Céline Dion fan, this was important Céline Dion fan representation.

I really liked this story.

I kind of thought there was going to be something with the fact one character was a recovering alcoholic and the other had an eating disorder, but the eating disorder kind of disappeared half way through the story?

Funny and heartwarming. By far the best “millionaire falling for her nanny” book I’ve read.
