A great book for teaching children about immigration! 

While I really loved this book, I felt there was a lot left unresolved at the end. I also feel like the principal rivalry should have been explored more. Loved the Ferris Bueller's Day Off cameo.

I started this book with the thought that either Jasmine or Daniel would die and i was flabbergasted when i realized it was both of them

fantastic book, I love how Dustin Thao explores grief, i will be crying about this forever 

While I understand the importance of this book, both the story and the character of Laura fall flat to me. 

I think the ending was a bit rushed, perhaps would have been a good duology, but otherwise a good book

I knew that this book was going to be strange (that's why I chose to read it) but I still found myself shocked at how strange it was.

With the plot twist, one must wonder if any of the characters besides Samantha are human.

I have no thoughts except that Godalming and Morris were absolutely boyfriends
