Wow I really loved this book! I am going to give it a day or so before giving my full thoughts.

FULL REVIEW
This is a story of a young girl who's Granny is her best friend and when Granny passes away she is sent on a mission to hand out these apology letters to different people in the building that they live in.

I really enjoyed getting to know Elsa and Granny their relationship reminded me of my relationship with my Grandma. I loved The-Land-of-Almost-Awake and all of the stories that Granny told Elsa. I loved that while we are on this journey with Elsa we find out so much about Granny and the other building mates.

I think that this is a great book about how loss affects each of us differently and how sometimes the way that we view a person isn't exactly how they always are when we know the whole backstory of that persons life.

This book made me laugh and it made me cry and it gave me all the FEELS. I am so happy that this is the last book I read in the year 2016.

Upon reread I have changed my opinion of this book. More thoughts to come! 1/8/17

This book was okay. I found Jane and Elizabeth to be very annoying characters and their love interest were just as bad. Mr. Bingley was completely oblivious to Jane and was a push over when it came to Mr. Darcy. I thought Mr. Darcy was a butt head. So I gave this 1 out of 5

As someone who took dance classes for 13 years I really enjoyed this book. More thoughts to come.

I really enjoyed this book. I think that the subject matter in this book could be very horrific at times but I think that it was done very well. I loved the writing of this book! Bulter's use of words had me so engrossed in the story from the first sentence. I can see this being a book I will read again.

2.5 stars
This book was definitely an interesting read that kept me engaged the whole time I was reading which is why this book didn't get a lower rating. Some of my major faults with this book are that I felt like there was a lot of fat shaming, glorifying of rape culture, and glorifying of cults altogether.
I can see the appeal to the fast pace narrative of this story but the characters were so unlikeable that I really couldn't root for anyone. Our main character Evie really bothered me because I felt like even though she was fourteen she had more sense then to get involved with the group that she did.
I am glad that I read this book because Evie and Suzanne were more of a different sexual orientation than me which I have been trying to read more of but I don't feel like the author really explored that aspect of these characters to a point where I could really pinpoint if they were lesbians or bi-sexual.
I think that Evie as an adult was also very unlikeable and unstable but I can see how the events of her youth could have caused her to become that way. Overall I just had more problems with this book than I thought I would.
I would like to do some more research about the author's research for this book to know what stemmed this idea.
