I wish there would have been a book like this when I was younger and learning about periods. I think that this book is such a great way to introduce periods to any child and to help remove the taboo around talking about periods. I think that this book is a phenomenal resource for children and parents to promote healthy open communication about topics that can seem uncomfortable to talk about. I will definitely be reading this book with both of my girls and my son.

This was definitely a book that kept me on the edge of my seat till the end. I think that the multiple POVs helped to add to the unreliableness of the characters. I think that the plot was simple and the ultimate reveal was a little lackluster in my opinion, but I do think that this was an enjoyable read. I think that each of the characters was well fleshed out and their flaws were what made them so compelling to follow. I think that this a story that fans of Good Girls Guide to Murder or the Truly Devious. I will definitely be picking up more from this author.

This was a cute book. I think that the character of Frankie exploring a "new world" in terms of coming to live with the humans is a great way to help kids who may be starting a new school or moving to a new area the ways in which one can make friends and navigate "new" things in their world. My only real issue for this book is that Frankie is supposed to be in fourth grade but it felt like this book read younger. I do think there are many kids who could like this book.
