To be fair before you read this review you should know that I knew the author and I was a member of WITS (Women in Technology and Science) who commissioned the book.

This book about all the female Irish Scientist that History forgot. At a time when most women were not educated to a second level standard, they fought against the odds and helped shape the modern world. It was a sequel to Star, Shells and Bluebells.

I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the History of Science and of course to female scientists in general.

An interesting read. What can you do as an ordinary citizen when you believe your government to be evil and corrupt?

Well I like it. I will get the Zombie mad eight year olds opinion .
