I found this book fascinating - it's about so much more than "just" the doppelgänger experience between Naomi Wolfe and Naomi Klein.

I liked the previous series but this one was not my kind of book. I felt put off by the extensive colonization and apologetics for that colonization. I don’t remember if it was as overt in the previous books, or if in more aware of it.
Moderate: Sexism, Colonisation
I think to appreciate this book fully, you may have to read all of the other books in the series - they're not all amazing -but they're very easy reads. Wulfric is the stoic emotionless Duke, larger than life, more serious than serious. There were definitely Pride and Prejudice vibes going on here so if that's your jam, you might dig this. It's regency style, but there is open door spice.
Moderate: Sexual content, Gaslighting, Classism
