I did not care about what was going on. Maybe I’ll
try again. But I doubt it.

I know people love this one, but I just could not connect with the story or the character at all. 

I find the premise and the writing a real slog, I think this will likely be my last book I attempt to read from this authour, because there is certainly a format, but it's not really one that I enjoy. 

I didn't find it compelling enough to continue.

I just couldn’t care about any of what was going on in the book, and I found the teacher student behaviour to be weird.

Decided to get my dopamine hit from a better book.
