quick read...ready for book 2

ok...when is the next one coming out?...i gotta know...i can't believe the person who dies is the person who died...of course in this series they don't tend to stay dead too long

good read for the age group...interesting approach to the storytelling...the person doing the storytelling is not "horrible harry" and yet it is told from the first person point of view

First in the Morganville Vampires Series. Obviously part of a series from the ending but still good build up and resolution to this particular story arc.

good story arc within the book and good addition to the series story arc...not quite left with a cliff hanger but ready to pick up the next book...which doesn't come out for a couple of months

happy with this story...was very disappointed with the last Kay Hooper and wasn't sure about my continued reading of this author but this new book has brought me back...brought a lot of storylines together well...kept a few surprises tucked away and left the story concept open for further investigation

tried this new footnote of previous novels...not sure i liked that but also felt that she brought in the other novels better than she has done in past novels

I'm still unsure if I liked this book or not. Amazingly enough 4 teenage girls picked up knitting needles one night and the next thing you know they are making huge blankets and complicated sweaters. Is it really that easy to do? A couple of women at work knit on a regular basis and I see them struggling and they have been knitting for a couple of years. That part distracted me from the story itself cause I didn't find it believable so I had problems investing myself in the story.

I've now read 4 "Alice" books. I'm good with reading the series. No need to read any more.

Not a fan. The writing style was odd and I found it jarring.
