bought this as a gift...didn't give it cause i had plenty for the giftee...decided to read it myself...so glad i did...yeah it's paranormal...no there isn't a single vampire in the whole book...so happy!...i've requested the second one from the library but i might be going out and purchasing it too...don't know if i can wait

enjoyed this book...told in alternating points of view...liked that...deeper than the picture they portrayed

at the beginning i thought it dragged...towards the end i was sitting in my car in the driveway just to hear a little bit more of the story before i went inside...eagerly waiting for #2 to come in for me

the jury is still out on this one...there seemed to be a lot of build-up which was boring and just when i would be about to stop listening they would throw something out that would pull me in...going to try and read the second book instead of listen to it and see if that makes a difference
