I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this book and chose to review it.
A sweet book, but again, I felt it was rushed and skimped on the details. I think there were a lot of opportunities where the angst and drama could've been built up and I think the book would've been better for it. Still, I enjoyed this book, but I think there's improvement to be had.

I wanted to like this book. I loved the premise of it but for me, it was a little awkward and overly wordy. I also felt like the background facts, like the record company itself, weren't really explained well at the start of the novel. I never really got why her family needed such security when all they did was run a record company. But I liked the redemption and will give the series a go.

I loved this series. I loved seeing Karina and Dante change, and the side characters. I loved the drama as well as the smoking hot sex scenes.
What I do want, is the rest of this series!!!!! Seriously, it’s been over a year! I want to see Karina claimed, I want to see her and Kadence be great friends, I want a HEA!!!!!

Recieved for an honest opinion.
I found this book a little strange. I found it quite odd that Abbey and Jake didn't meet until the end of the book. Up until this point I felt like it was all foreplay (and not the good kind) leading up to this point with an unsatisfying end. I found Jake to be stereotypical and I couldn't warm to Abbey. Sorry!

I may be a bit confused here but I came into this book thinking it was a MFM story. It’s not. In fact there’s a lot of things this book isn’t.
To be honest, it isn’t particularly fantastic.
There was no depth to the characters. I have no idea who Carina and Jason are. This book is crying out for dual POV, the chapter at the end, while it does shed much needed light, isn’t nearly enough. There’s also a massive disconnect between who the characters are. Are they promiscuous? Are they nice? At times they’re both but it doesn’t make sense.
I felt like there was little to no chemistry between Jason and Carina, in fact, I felt there was more chemistry between Carina and Diego. Valentino felt like an afterthought.
I also felt like Carina fell into bed way too early. I want chemistry, I want a build up. I got none of that.
The constant mention of womb clenching also grated and the lack of punctuation after dialogue severely hindered my reading experience.
This isn’t a great book and to be honest, I’d give it a miss, sorry!

I really enjoyed this book! I love this series and getting to read Marley and Talon’s story is great.
Marley is just like her Mum and Talon has every attribute that you want in a leading man.
I was a little hesitant with the amount of the story that is told in the past, especially as time isn’t always easy to pinpoint, but it is necessary to the story.
I have to admit being a shocked at the speed of events once we get caught up, but I realise the Devil’s Share and the Devil’s Spawn do things a little differently.
Still, it’s a great addition to the series and I can’t wait to read the next book!
One thing I will say, the sneak peek at the end? I’m not crazy about how “incestuous” all the relationships are. Between Riff Raff and Clashing Swell, it’s all in the family, except for Evie. I’d like to see a little bit of new blood injected here.

4.5 stars.
I’m new to L.A but already she has caught me. I loved this book. JB is just... and Summer is great too. I’d really like to go back and read the first 6 books in this series as well as I do think the experience would be enhanced knowing the side characters, who are great value.
I do feel this book is a little short though. It starts with a bang and develop fast from there. I do think a little more breathing space would be great, and the drama at the end was a little bit to be expected, so that’s the loss of the half star.
Still, this is a great book and can be read as a stand-alone. Give it a go!

I LOVED this book! I loved all the Devil's Share books and I thought no one could match Dash for me but Brody... he had my heart from the word go!
I loved everything about this book, and did I mention how perfect Brody is? Because he is.
I also loved his band mates, especially Talon and would LOVE to see more from him.
I love the sense of family you get from these books as well as all the feels!
A truly awesome addition!

I think I’ve come to the conclusion this writing style just isn’t for me. The storyline’s are decent, but the writing is too overdramatic to me. I want strong characters who don’t let their fears and pasts define them, and that’s not the case here.
Case is a solid character. I liked Arya, even if the Game of Thrones thing felt a little overdone.
I really didn’t like Nora. I especially didn’t like some of her actions, especially as they seemed a tad contradictory.
Like I said, the storyline was good, but this writing style isn’t for me.

I liked this book. I liked it more than I liked Phoenix. This one wasn’t all about Marco and Faith’s pasts, but rather their futures.
Faith is strong and sassy. I liked how she stood up for herself.
Marco was a little more one dimensional for me. I would’ve liked to have seen more vulnerability from him, more questioning. That seemed to get lost once he met faith.
Again though, I don’t think this writing style is for me. It’s slightly stronger here, but still flowery and a little overly descriptive. Still, I know it’ll suit other people.
Overall, a solid book, but not one of my favourites.
