I’m so confused by this novella, I’m not entirely sure of the point of it. Through this series Olivia and David haven’t been a big part, and we don’t know much about them, so I personally don’t feel this novella was needed. Also, it was kind of repetitive and moved along quite slowly.
If you’re a fan of this series I’m sure you’ll like this book, I’m just not sure it was needed.

I liked this book, it was sweet. Rhett was great. AJ was awesome too.
*spoilers*
What I found odd is that the blurb doesn’t really fit with what happens in the book. I thought Harley would be a much bigger part, instead she shows up right at the end and everything is resolved really quickly with no fuss. I spent most of the book wondering when she was going to show up and then for it to happen as it did was a bit disappointing.
I also didn’t like her character, I felt like she was purposefully that way so that we would dislike her.
I thought this book was going to be a full-on love triangle but it wasn’t which was disappointing.
I also felt for most of the book, while waiting for Harley to show up, it was a bit boring. Yes it’s sweet how Rhett is but there’s only so much of that you can take before it gets repetitive. I did like the sides to AJ though.
Overall, I liked this book. It was a nice, sweet read, if not what I was expecting.

I have enjoyed the whole Beaumont world, but I find these next gen stories a bit rushed and lacking something.
In this book, I found it started really slowly and the two characters had so little overlap that it just didn’t make sense to me.
I also felt that the end was cut short, like way short. It was almost as if she ran out of time and had to finish where she was.
Still, I like Quinn. I liked Nola. I still don’t really like Elle.
All in all, this series is a little strange for me. I can tell there will be any number of spin offs but I’m unsure whether I’ll continue.

I'm a sports girl. I unabashedly love sport, so the MMA detail in this book for me was great. But the rest of the story let me down. I felt the dialogue was stilted and the romance was overly soppy, not in keeping with the characters at all. I also felt their ages were off. In the flashbacks they were written younger than they were. In the rest of the story I felt Noah and Reagan were older. I also felt there needed to be more going on with their relationship. More angst, more anger, more longing, more Jimmy, just something. Not a favourite, sorry!

I liked the premise of this book, and the main characters, Harlow and Brady were great, but I felt like the writing style was a little too stilted for my liking. I felt like the story unfolded too stiffly and didn't flow as well as I'd like. There was also the matter of Cindy. I felt like she was hidden away when she could've been such a massive part of this book and a great source of tension. Her confession at the end of the book was thrown away, I felt. But he characters were great and this was a decent read, just not one of my favourites.

I quite enjoyed this book, even if it were a bit slow. I enjoyed the cast of new characters, as well as the reemergence of some old ones. I liked how the plot moved along in this book and look forward to continuing the series.
Holy. Gods.
I love this cast of characters, I,love the story, and I can't wait to finish this series!

Another story of Caelena Sardothien being Caelena Sardothien. I love reading about her before and have a feeling we may meet Yrene again.

This was a decent book. I really enjoyed Ryker, he was different than your usual jock, but at times Penelope kind of annoyed me.
I was also a little annoyed about the bet angle, but the twist to that did redeem it, just.
This is a solid book, and I’m sure Ilsa’s fans will love it, it’s just not a favourite for me, sorry!

We’ve been waiting a long time for this book and it doesn’t disappoint! For the most part we don’t really see a lot of Channing in the Fallen Crest books, but he’s every bit as sweet as Mason and Cross.
I loved getting to know him, getting to know Heather better.
This is a great insight into this couple.
A couple of things, that kill me to say, is that I spent a large part of my time reading this book trying to get the timeline straight in my head. I’m still not entirely sure it lines up with Crew.
Also, the sex scenes were a little pedestrian, and lacking life. At times it felt almost like a list.
Still, this is a great book which Tijanettes will love!
