These are sweet books. I liked Kam and Laney's
Relationship and how it grew. I did think it was lacking a bit of angst though and parts of it, especially in the first book, were rushed. I also felt like it was lacking a little bit of omph.
Good reads, easy to digest and won't cause too many issues, but not favourites, sorry!

Trixster's is a new direction for Ahren but I really love it! Emi, and Maren are awesome and Walker and Marcus are hot! I love the more substantial storyline with a bit of drama and suspense. I also loved the supporting characters as well as the light hearted humour they provide.
I'd highly recommend this book, it was fantastic!

I liked this book. I loved the way it was told and the style of voice, I loved the casual, relaxed tone of the book. But I felt the characters backgrounds needed to be explained more. I felt like I was coming in half way through a series. There's a lot of things that are alluded to but not fully explained, and side characters whose relationships aren't explained either. I also found it hard to follow the dialogue sometimes, with attributions missing.
But, it was a good story and I enjoyed it!

This was not a great book. To be honest, I don't even know why I read the whole thing, but it wasn't great. The story itself had potential, I loved the whole window thing, but it was such a small part! And the whole Mirror Man thing, it was blaringly obvious who it was. The dialogue was clunky and the characters were immature. The language used was insulting and the whole weight loss by skipping meals sends a terrible message. I wouldn't bother with this, sorry.
