I voluntarily received an advanced review copy of this book and chose to review it.

I liked this book. I loved the way it was told and the style of voice, I loved the casual, relaxed tone of the book. But I felt the characters backgrounds needed to be explained more. I felt like I was coming in half way through a series. There's a lot of things that are alluded to but not fully explained, and side characters whose relationships aren't explained either. I also found it hard to follow the dialogue sometimes, with attributions missing.
But, it was a good story and I enjoyed it!
