Honestly, I finished this book this morning and I'm still kind of like - what on earth did I just read? As usual with RVD I was hooked very quickly with this book. Ambrose, MB and Quinn have a very intriguing and interesting story. Full of mystery because of terrible pasts and plenty of angst and emotion moving forward.

I had to keep reading to find out what had previously happened to these guys, and what the current circumstances and situations were. A lot of focus on friendships in this too. I'm kind of struggling with how to explain and write about my thoughts on this one. As usual with RVD, I enjoyed this and would recommend.

I normally love Meghan Quinn books, but I just couldn't get into this one. From the start, the descriptions and such felt over the top and really silly, and it just had me thinking that it was not going to be a book that I would like, so I chose to DNF. I am sure plenty of readers will love this, its just not my cup of tea.

This was a nice and easy going read. There’s plenty going on - a mystery with a student at the school, Ronan being new to town and this lawsuit he’s taking on, and Larke’s situation with Wren.

Ronan and Larke are both very easy to like and I enjoyed getting to know them. Their story was fun whilst some serious topics were still mentioned. I liked the mystery they were going after and I thought everything wrapped up really really nicely.

Would recommend.

Just when I thought this series couldn't get any better! Levi and Annika have to be my favourite! Gah - this book was everything. I adored it so much and would've finished it the same day I started if I didn't have to get to bed to make sure I wasn't a zombie at work today.

I absolutely adored the way everything came together in this. From the communications that are the beginning for Levi and Annika, to the most perfect ending and all the bits in between. I loved learning more about both sides of the families Haven and Bailey, and Thomas, well he just fire cocking stole the show! Haha.

The mystery that has continued through the books played out in ways I both expected and didn't expect. Everything was wrapped up so nicely in this, and it just left me with all the happy feelings when I finished.

Now - when are we getting our first Haven Brothers book? In the meantime - I'm running off to go and read all the Claire Kingsley books I can get my hands on.

This might just be my favourite Bailey brothers book so far. Logan and Cara are the ones I've been wanting to read since Cara was introduced to us. I've always wanted to find out more about the snakiness between them. This book was definitely not what I expected - both characters were much more than I realised, and I loved getting to know them and watching them get to know each other and navigate their circumstances. Logan is the biggest sweetheart ever.

I also loved all our usual small town family moments and the ongoing mystery thats been threading through the books - I really can't wait to get to the bottom of that one.

Loved this one, and cannot wait to read the next. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for angst - you've come to the right place. The story of Lo and Gabe is one hell of a ride. These two, seriously. The connection between them is amazing, but there is always something going on. I loved these two together but they also frustrated me to no end. Many bad decisions were made. Many serious situations are also faced. It sometimes felt like this was dragging on too much, but there is also a lot to the story of these two, so it works. This one had me captivated no matter how frustrated I was with these two. It's a hard one to review because so much goes on - but as usual for me with a book by Carmen, I recommend it.

I enjoyed this first book of the Madigan Mountain series - a great introduction into this world, right alongside the story of Ava and Reed. History, second chances, forgiveness, growth, mystery - there are lots of things going on in this story and I enjoyed reading it. Reed and Ava were great and I also liked the secondary characters. Definitely looking forward to reading the rest of this series.

I was definitely keen on reading Coen's story, as he was the one who has really stood out and struggled in the background of the books so far, after the plane crash. I enjoyed reading his and Tillie's story, and I liked how she was firm and fiery, and challenged him. This one flows quite nicely and I enjoyed reading this and getting to know both characters more.

I liked how things played out in the end, and the resolutions that we got. Would recommend.

Gavin has been an intriguing and cheeky character from the start of this series. I was surprised that his book came next, but it was lots of fun. I really liked both he and Sky, and I loved all the things they got up to, and the more that we uncovered about their family/friends and town.

Really enjoyed this and looking forward to more.

I really enjoyed Evan and Fiona's story, lots of great moments and I just love this small town world that has been created. Not in the best frame for writing reviews right now, but I did really enjoy this one and look forward to reading the rest of the series!
