So far, I normally like Christina Lauren books, but I found straight away with this one that I didn't like the narration style from the main character, and I also found it felt too messy and unexplained with who was who. It was like jumping right in to something you're already supposed to know about. I just couldn't bring myself to get through more than the first 20-30 pages, as I really wasn't feeling it.
Hopefully others like this, and I'm sure they will - unfortunately just not for me.

I enjoyed this one, but Vlad and Elena did also really frustrate me. The lack of communication drove me nuts. All in all though, this was a really sweet story, with likeable characters. The whole Bromance club was fabulous as usual, with some great moments, and some of Vlad's friends introduced in this book were quite interesting as well.
Enjoyed this, another nice instalment in this series.

I read this in between moments at work, when it wasn't that busy, so it was quite a disjointed reading. I'm not sure if that affected my opinion or not, but I wasn't totally hooked. I liked the Saige and Aiden parts of this but the others I could take or leave. I'm not sure if I'd continue the series or not, I'd likely give Aidens book a try because I did like him and felt for his situation with hockey.

Ok so my friend has been telling me for ages to read this series as she's a huge fan, and I FINALLY got around to reading book one. I can tell you, I will definitely be continuing this series. There's a lot of world building a bunch of stuff to get used to in this book, because it is set in the future, but once you get used to that aspect things fall into place quite well.
I liked Eve and whilst I wasn't sure what to think of Roarke at first, I like him too. And Feeney seems like a cool dude. I didn't see the twist coming for the who-dunnit either. I love a good crime novel, and this series is definitely now added to my list to read through. Looking forward to getting into the next book when I get chance, especially now that I have a lot of the set-up that's included in this book.
Would recommend.

This book was a hard one to rate, because I spent the first half (at least) being a bit disappointed. We have two main storylines in this one - one for Gray and one for Jameson, and I think if they were separated and each had their own book, it may have been a better option. Whilst I didn't mind the switching between both storylines, sometimes it did really frustrate me and I think I would've enjoyed it more if we were focussed on only one plot.
I really liked Gray's story in this one a lot - this was my favourite part of the book. Gigi was a real star for me, and I hope we see more of her in the future. I did come around to enjoying Jameson's story, but it took me to around the 3/4 mark of it before I really started to feel invested in it.
I really liked the moments between the four Hawthorne boys, and I would love for Xander to get a story of his own too.
Interested to see where this series goes in the future.

I really enjoyed this book. I am an absolute sucker for friends to lovers and best friends sister books - and this one was so fun. I really loved the connection between our two main characters and I loved the friendships they had around them as well. Lots of fun and I'd love to continue the series as well. Would recommend.

I enjoyed this one, but not as much as the first two books in this series. I liked Alexis and Noah but they also both frustrated me. I enjoyed our moments with the whole gang, and am definitely interested to read about the Russian in the next book. Lots going on in this one, and some emotional moments as well. Just not my fave of the series.

I wasn't sure how I'd go with this one, because I was not a fan of Liv in book 1, and I was unsure about Braden. But boy, was I wrong lol. I enjoyed this one and I liked how it tackled some serious topics. I liked both main characters and how they became self aware but were determined and loving people at the same time. Definitely enjoyed this one - some serious moments, some sweet moments and some funny ones too. Looking forward to reading more of this series.

AM Wilson is a new to me author and this was a great book to start with. It was easy-going but with some heavier subjects touched on and dealt with in a great way. I liked the main characters even if I did get very frustrated with the way they dealt with their situation and feelings. I really liked their besties and would love to go back and read their story which is the book prior to this one.

This was a really great little novella, and whilst I was just reading it to pass some time, and knock another book of my TBR, I really want to read the next book, the full book for Violet and Cooper now. *runs to TBR* This was fun and flirty and I really am a sucker to friends to lovers and brothers best friend books, and these two are both. Definitely recommend for a quick fun read, and am going to be looking for the full book now.
