A beautiful ending to a very tense and thrilling trilogy. I loved the two POV’s of Lei and Wren, and getting to see both sides of their journey.

I read this book as a teen, so this is a reread. I loved it then and I loved it now. I gave it 4 stars because the writing style is very abrupt and it took me a few chapters to get past it. Then we also have the “out of nowhere” love story. But, overall, it was a fun read.

I didn’t enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed the first one. It ended up feeling like a slog to get through. It had an interesting idea, but the execution just wasn’t that great.
