Wow okay I liked this one more than the first! Christian and gianna’s chemistry and sexual tension is just absolutely incredible! My only big issue is that this one also felt a little … anticlimactic at the end end?? There really wasn’t a conflict and whatever conflict there was resolved in like 3 pages. It all felt like it was wrapped up too quickly. These are the first mafia romances I’ve read but I definitely expected a little more violence and shootouts and stuff as conflicts. But I still loved this book and I am happy that I decided to give kindle unlimited another try!

I just found out this author is a racist and a trump supporter and the review above was written before I knew. I read both books before I found that out and will not be reading the final book in this series!
