This is the perfect summer read! This had me wishing I worked at a drive in and really made the romcom lover in me smile the entire time. The TATBILB moment with Wren’s emails had me second hand embarrassed but also excited to see how it played out. This book had really great moments of self discovery and finding out what you truly want for yourself. I love reading New Adult books because they always hit home a little more because I am also a 20-something who has no clue what they are doing. If you are looking for one last book to hold onto that feeling of summer love, definitely check this one out! The audio is wonderful and this is such a feel good book that will leave you with a smile on your face and feeling like there is sparkles in your heart.

This book is easily a 2021 favorite! Something about it just really pulled me in. I really loved Eliza and felt like her anger was so justified throughout the book. I definitely relate to her writing her manifesto but never intending to show people. I’ve done that so many times and I’m sure hidden in the depths of my laptop are some poorly written rants about stupid things I’ve encountered (that no one should ever read because let’s be real I am a terrible writer) the growth between both MCs is something I really enjoyed and I liked seeing how the book played out. I was a little shocked when I read who actually posted it and was like wtffff! But I felt like it was wrapped up really well and we got to really learn about what each character had been going through.

i absolutely adored this book. I loved it being set in Ohio and also the two MCs. I felt like Lucy was such a good MC and i related to her so much. The feeling of being stuck while those around you are growing and moving on is such a hard feeling and it made me slightly emotional reading about it!! I loved the zoo setting a lot as well!! This is a very fun book to read and i cant wait to buy a copy!!
