5⭐ for the cover, 3⭐ for the plot. Too many unanswered questions, too many plot holes and for 4 girls who literally grew up as sisters to not talk to one another, that was disappointing. I had really hight hopes for this book and I found it so so. Started slow, when the twists started to develop I really got invested and then the end, well, hmmm really? I enjoyed it but one that sadly will soon be forgotten.

It was a tough, grapgic, vivid and very descriptive disturbing read. Very cleverly written. I don't think saying 'I enjoyed the book' is the right term. I love horror but this was a slow hard read.
