Fast and spicey. Forced marriage maffia romance with a decent story behind it. Beware, it ends on a cliff hanger (and book 2 is packed 😩) 

A short spin on a classic tale from one of the ugly sisters pov. Enjoyable 

Dark academia vibes with a dark twist on original fairy tales. Girls are dying at Grimrose bording school, secrets need to be unravelled and curses broken. A test to the strength of friendship

I really enjoyed this book. Easy read, fun with a bit of mystery. If you're overly sensitive to real comment on what people think about certain things then probably not for you. If you take it with a pinch of salt in the humour it's supposed to be, then go for it. 

Only giving it 3 because I do struggle with the language of classics. I watched the 2020 film The Turning which is based on this and it did help me understand the story

Fast paced story of friendship and inner feeling between friendship

Fast past story that looks towards an old fable of the Pied Piper. Great narration, keeps you listening. 

Not a bad short story. Didn't like the ending. Finished with no real explanation. 

Another great Dt Dan Riley. Fast paced, great plot.
