Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC.
I was really excited for this book and I really enjoyed the beginning but as the book progressed I found myself disliking it more and more. I didn’t enjoy any of the romances and the main character was whiny. The plot felt choppy and I didn’t feel any sense of urgency.
Edit: Originally rated this two stars because I felt bad about giving this book one star. But after further thought I have decided to lower my rating.

Rolling Warrior: The Incredible, Sometimes Awkward, True Story of a Rebel Girl on Wheels Who Helped Spark a Revolution
Judith Heumann, Kristen Joiner
An inspiring story!
The meat of the book was good but unfortunately it read like a textbook or something I would be forced to analyze for English class. So that took a bit of the enjoyment out of reading.
IM OBSESSED WITH THIS BOOK.
The romance: TOO TIER.
The tropes: PERFECTLY EXECUTED.
The characters: ABSOLUTELY RELATABLE.
I could read this book for years and never get tired of it.

I actually really enjoyed this one! It’s a fascinating read.
I thought the enemies to lovers tropes was about enemies who become people who fall in love over time not people who have sex and then immediately love each other. The plot was interesting but I wasn’t a fan of the characters or their relationships with each other. I loved the cover but was hoping for more from a peter pan retelling.
Beautiful imagery and purpose language. Can’t wait to read more of her work.
This one surprised me! I wasn’t expecting it to be as captivating as it was. It was fast paced and sucked me into the story, I’d didn’t even realize how close I was to the end until it ended! I really want a sequel because Claire’s story feels unfinished and I selfishly want more!
