How did I wait so long to read this one? It was so captivating, I genuinely forgot I was reading. I cannot wait to start the sequel.
Got some great skills for managing stress.
The middle was a drag but the beginning and end was incredible. I loved where Foody and Herman decided to leave the characters and I really hope that we get some novellas set in the future.
I almost like this one better than the original trilogy. The relationships between the characters were far more interesting but the plot structure was odd. The flashbacks took me out of the story so it wasn't as captivating as it could have been.
I really enjoyed this book! I felt my attention lagging a bit but that was overshadowed by the intricate characters. I liked getting to know everyone in the story.
*I received an e-arc from the author and this represents my honest opinion.*

It was quick (the reason it's two stars not one). Honestly, this novella could've just been a chapter in Fate of the Stars. It didn't need to be a whole separate book and honestly this particular part of Tallora's life didn't really need to be elaborated on.
I had a really good time reading this book. It was fun and I enjoyed both the characters and plotline.
