I really liked this story! I thought it was a good twist, and really fit well with the other stories with Oshikiri. Probably one of my favorite of his stories.
Very cute and quirky so far. I'm enjoying all the characters and think the concept is pretty cool as well.
Probably one of the most useful and entertaining philosophical books I've read, I really appreciate the straight-forward, no-nonsense approach that Sun Tzu has in his writings. It makes them easily applicable even into the modern day.
A solid start! I love all the action, and I think the characters are pretty funny as well. I'm interested to know where the story goes, but not sure I want to dedicate that much time to it.
This is it. This is the only contemporary, kinda romance to actually make me feel something in a long time. I think what made this book so good is how believable it was. I like that you're eased into the relationship with the characters and really pulled into their lives. This was a fun read for me.
Not really engaging. I feel like it's all information I've heard or read throughout my life. Not bad but doesn't really engage with anything.
I like the audio of these speeches much more than the ebook. The copy I bought came with downloads to hear them, which was a big plus. I liked hearing about the history taught by Elijah Muhammad, but altogether I'd recommend listening to the speeches over reading them, or using the book as a transcript for them.
This was a fun read to me. The only other Vonnegut I've read is Slaughterhouse 5, so I really liked being able to see more of his satire and humor in another story. I'm not sure which one I would say I liked more though.
I really just don't like Kikoyo. I don't think that the love triangle adds anything besides dragging out the drama more and more.
