One Bite Per Night is a FANTASTIC romance and I couldn't put this one down. It was phenomenal and I loved every moment. This just might be one of my favorite paranormal romances I have read this year, and I know this review won't do this story any justice. I hope I can put into words how much I loved this story. It definitely pulled me right in, and the connection between Vincent and Lydia is powerful and intense.

The story starts with humor and witty come backs, and the you fall in love with the characters immediately. Vincent is a awesome hero....I could just kiss him all over I adored him so much. He is honorable, does have some issues thinking he is evil and all that, but he cares about others, and he is so sweet and protective with Lydia, you can't help but be charmed by his manner. Lydia is strong and courageous, and doesn't mind chasing the man she wants, even if that man tries to run at times from her. Lydia is strong willed and passionate about everything in her life, and will only settle for true love. I felt like I could relate to her in so many ways, and when a heroine is written well in the story it just adds a extra deep layer to that dessert. I truly loved the other characters as well, and it made me want to buy the first book because I truly admired this author's storytelling abilities and to draw you into a story like a bee to honey, and will captivate your attention until the very last page.

Overall a charming romance, set in a historical period, with paranormal elements, and a mixture of humor, adventure, and complexities that blend in with the plot in a way that will have you head over heels in love. Swift moving and utterly mesmerizing!!! A story with a fresh voice and stunning descriptions. DELIVERS ALL THE WAY!!

Sleeping Beauty and the Demon is the fourth book in this series, and I have followed this series since the beginning and I have loved the style and theme of it. I have always adored fairy tale themed romances, but the unique style that Myles has put a new twist on the fairy tales, is very fascinating and original. This story follows up with the original fairy tale Sleeping Beauty and the differences in the story add a extra spice. There is a darker theme to the story, with it full of secrets and intrigue, but there is also a intensity between the characters, and in the end becomes a powerful love story. The characters in this story are very endearing all the way through. Drago has a somewhat darker character but one that pulls you further in the story. His character is very different from what you usually read, he has such a devotion to Rose, and even though at first I wasn't sure how I felt about him, by the end of the story I grew to really like him. Rose is strong willed and she is the type of heroine you find likable, although she seems to be a bit naive at times. But there is a way that this character is put into the story that you find compelling and real. Overall a intense paranormal romance with plenty of magic, passion, and adventure!!! STUNNING!!!

Tristan Bonnaud, has one goal in life, to get revenge against his brother, that almost destroyed him and his family who had to flee the country and live in France for a time. But Tristan is part of a investigative business, and is good at it. Then a woman walks through the door needing his help that coincides with finding his own justice and searching for his long time gypsy friend. Zoe Keane, is searching for the truth of her birth. When her aunts makes allegations to her, hinting that she was adopted and not born to her parents by blood, she needs to find the truth. Zoe is responsible in managing her families estate, one that she has worked hard to maintain and will do anything to keep, because it is her greatest passion in life. Her search leads her to the Duke's Men, and Tristan. At first she doesn't want Tristan at all, but he is the most experienced in Gypsy tradition and language, and she soon learns that he will be the key to finding the truth about her parentage. But what begins as a innocent search for her origins, turns into a passionate affair, a love blossoms when least expected and soon Tristan and Zoe will be tested to the limits of their feelings for each other...but will the love they share be enough?

How The Scoundrel Seduces is the third installment in the Duke's Men series. I adored this book....my goodness, this story seemed so much like her older books, which are still my top favorite romances to read to this day. I fell madly in love with everything to do with this story and could barely contain my excitement as I was reading this. Definitely my favorite book of the series, it had pizazz and such intensity in the romance that you just find it beyond endearing. Sabrina Jeffries has succeeded once again in putting together a love story that will bring a tear to your eye and bound to burn in your memory and make it a romance to never forget!

We begin with Zoe Keane, needing to find the truth and trying to contain anything she learns, so that she can be the heir to her father's properties, land that is everything to her. When she goes for help, the last thing she wants is to work with Tristan, whom she sees as arrogant and full of himself. But despite her protests, they start working together. Tensions are high between the two, but so is desire, and these two characters are about to light a flame that will consume them. This story was very unique in the setting, and I always love it when you throw Gypsy's into the mix...it adds a certain flair element into the story that really draws you in even more into the story. The characters in the story here are intense and magical...I loved each and every one....even the villain had a certain dramatizing quality to him, and his involvement in the story is crucial and I LOVED every intense and ever suspenseful moment.

I found How The Scoundrel Seduces charming, witty and a fun story to the series. A new favorite romance that is solid and sure in its foundation. Even though the relationship starts rocky, it turns into a lively and adventurous romance, with a magnetism that tugs at those heart strings. You won't be able to pull away from this one. Be ready for a story to master your heart and soul!!! MEMORABLE TILL THE END!!!

Drake Darling comes with a past, a past that haunts him but has shaped who he is. Drake can't deny his parentage, and was then adopted by a aristocratic family, and knows the ins and outs of the Ton. There is one lady, that haunts him and makes him burn...Lady Ophelia Lyttleton. A woman that spites him and rejects him at every opportunity, but when he rescues her from a drowning, he takes her home, and discovers that she has no idea who she is. So he settles her in his home as his housekeeper, thinking a bit of revenge will be good for her. Ophelia may not have her memory, but as she starts to begin a new life, she is confused and disoriented at times, but she feels drawn to Drake. She knows that he is keeping some secrets from her, and even though she has her doubts, she sees a man that is good and true, a man she is beginning to love and one she never wants to lose, even if that means never regaining her memory.

Once More My Darling Rogue is the second book in the Scandalous Gentleman series. This series is connected to one of her previous series " Scoundrels Of St. James". I loved seeing the connection between these two series. I fell in love with the first series a while ago, and is one of the comfort reads that makes you laugh and engages you, and this series has definitely done the same. In this latest installment we definitely see many positive attributes of this story that will just break your heart. There were times I was laughing, and many times the moments between the characters were so tender and poignant I needed a few tissues. I loved the raw emotion that is displayed in the story and I just couldn't get enough. Lorraine Heath has done it again!! She has written a story to warm you heart and thrill you to the core.

One of my favorite aspects of this story is the "Amnesia" theme, I always love guessing when that memory is going to come rolling back, and in this tale, it comes back when you least expect it. At the beginning of the story there is quite a bit of tension between Drake and Ophelia. Ophelia at first, I didn't like her much, seems a bit stuck up but you sense that there is more to her character than meets the eye. Drake is a scoundrel, and just like his adopted father, he part owns a gentleman's club "Dodgers" but knows both sides of the "tracks" and he definitely adds a element to the story that is thrilling and unique. The idea of making the woman he likes but hates too, to become his servant, adds a fun flair to the story line....and he definitely stirs things up.

I enjoyed seeing how this story played out in the end. Once More, My Darling Rogue is a romantic tale of redemption, love and forgiveness. There is such a emotional feel to it, and definitely is a ride of ups and downs, twists and turns, surprises and shocks, laughter and passion....and a beautiful love story that will worm its way into your heart~~fun filled and a sweet story that had me from the beginning!!WELL DONE HEATH....YOU HAVE WON ME OVER ONCE AGAIN!!!

What A Duke Dares is the third in the latest series by this author. I had very high expectations from this book, and I did enjoy it quite a bit, but I think I had a little hard time fully getting into the story, not as much as the previous books. Having said that, there were many great qualities that I loved about this story and it had some aspects that I had a fine time with. The story sets up when Cam first proposes to Penelope, and you see the seeds of love just wanting to break free. Their interaction is pulling and enigmatic...you see a connection even though at first both characters deny it to themselves. Then we skip ahead, to where Cam hears the death request from Pen's brother. Penelope has never forgotten Cam, and the last thing she needs is him dragging her back to a place where she feels constricted and not have the freedom to be herself. She reluctantly agrees to go back, but when they are caught in a storm and forced to pose as husband and wife...they know they will have to get married for real. Penelope resists way too much, you see how much she loves Cam, and that she would do anything but hurt him....but I do feel her character was a bit flaky at times. I loved her for the most part, but this section of the story really got annoying a bit. But Cam well....he was stellar. He told her they were getting married despite her reasons.

There is quite a bit of sensuality in this story...very heated and compelling and moving. I love seeing these two together, and although passionate had a emotional hint to it even in the "bedroom". I loved seeing the emotional and physical connection go hand in hand. This story reeks of full intimacy blooming between this couple. It was a sweet and tender story that has you in love with this story and the moving love story!! But there is also a side sub plot that will really put you in the ringer and have you at the edge at times.

Overall stunning and emotionally moving from beginning to end!! Great details on each page, characters to worm their way into your hearts, and a romantic tale that is guaranteed to overwhelm your senses!! LOVED IT!!

What A Lady Most Desires by Lecia Cornwall is one inspirational romance. Its the third in the series, and this book follows the previous one 'Secret Life of Lady Julia'. It deals with quite a few issues, but I loved the way that Lecia creates a story in a way that really pulls you in, and from the beginning I was hooked on the story. About mid way through the story, it seemed as if the story really steps back and slows down. You really have to stick with it, but after that...it really picks up. I loved the way that this story really pulls together in the end...and what a story!! Worth every moment.

We see a connection with these two from their first dance and kiss, and then after Stephen gets injured, they are put together again...and the romance is very slow and steady for a while. We see them build a friendship which slowly turns into something stronger. The only problem I had with the story was wondering how Delphine loved someone she didn't really know....but it was pretty amazing seeing this couple really come together and by the end....all I have to say is I am fully impressed with the way this story was handled....WELL DONE!! We see issues that had to be dealt with back in that time period and it was pretty emotional and stimulating!! A sweet and tender romance that won my heart!! CHARMED!!

I received a ARC copy in exchange for a honest review.
Felicity can't believe she has lowered herself to become a criminal....like a thief in night she has stolen into a art museum, to find the location of a certain gargoyle statue and take it...all thanks to her friend. But upon finding it, she comes across a creature, that tries to kill her, With her great instincts she barely survives, and finds that the gargoyle is not just any statue, he has come to life in a full rage all out to protect her, and with his claws she is more than grateful for his intervention...but she never imagined such creatures existed, especially one that makes her heart beat faster and get all the blood flowing. Spar has been locked in stone for many years, and awakens when he finds a human woman in need of his aid. Soon he discovers that things in the world have changed drastically, and evil forces are at work, and when he finds that Felicity is his mate...he is willing to do whatever it takes to keep her.

Stone Cold Lover is a book I have been waiting and waiting...and finally I had the opportunity to read and review this one. Thanks to St. Martins and Christine Warren for giving me this wonderful chance. When I read the first book...is when I fell in love with this author. And now I just can't get enough of her. Stone Cold Lover is the second book in the series, and even though you might be able to read this as a stand alone, I would recommend reading the first one. The first book sets the stage for the series, and unless you catch on real easy, you might end up a little confused. But the author does a good job in introducing the set up of the story in this book, so you might not get too confused, but you might want to read the first book though. Just my recommendation.

The story pretty much begins from where the last book ends...so if you have read the first book, then you will love the way this one turns out. The characters are pretty well done and their connection to each other is pretty quick...no slow and steady romance on this one. Hot and steamy from the beginning. Oh boy...these do definitely create enough heat to fog up your windows. Definitely a story that takes you on a adventure that is filled with sexy gargoyle shifters, dangerous evil creatures, a fight between good and evil, and a love story that is passionate, lively, and beyond first rate!!! Fasten your seat belts because Stone Cold Lover will take you on a ride of a lifetime!!! INCOMPARABLE!!

Short Review

His Favorite Mistress is the third in the this trilogy, and I haven't read her older trilogy's yet, so I was really excited to see how this one compared with her other books I have had a pleasure of reading and what a wild and fun romance!! It starts out with the heroine get a chance with a new life, and along the way meets Tony, the Duke of Wyvern. Tony can't help but be drawn to Gabriella yet at first all he wants is to have her in his bed. But with each embrace he starts to slowly fall in love with her. But a mistake might cost him everything. His Favorite Mistress was such a unique story and this was such a interesting take on the way the plot unraveled and there is such a sweet connection between them on each page, and such intense emotion happens with these two and it gets pretty crazy but the story comes together in such a satisfying way that it capture your heart. A STUNNING TALE TO ENTHRALL!!!
