The Winter Bride is the second book in the Chance Sisters series. For those of you who have yet to read this author or this series, this is the most latest series by Anne Gracie. This series is based on a sisterhood that forms between four women, and this story is Dameris' story. Now I just adored Damaris, and I can be picky toward my heroines...but Damaris was wonderful. There was so much I felt endearing about Damaris, and so easy to relate with. With each page, you are just on her side. You start to understand her strengths and weaknesses, and see the inner strength, and you come to admire her character. Damaris is a fighter, but more with what has happened in her past. She does have some inner demons...and this is where Freddy comes in. Freddy....oh sigh....I could kiss him!! He was such a perfect match for Damaris. He has that fighter spirit, and will protect those he cares about. He has been rejected by his parents who blame him for his brothers death. He hasn't had much of a easy life either, but is a fighter in making a life for himself. He is intelligent, charming, and tender. and romantic.
The story is the kind of love story you can relax into, and just enjoy. There isn't much at the edge of your seat suspense that is bound to give you a stroke. This story is sweet, romantic and will warm your heart. It does deal with some complex issues, but the way Anne Gracie weaves this story together, in a creation of a powerful tale, with strong characters that make you believe in the power of healing and true love. REMARKABLE!!

A ARC provided in exchange for a honest review.
Mary Campbell arrives at a masked ball, and meets a rogue with a mask that matches hers and after sharing a dance together, she is captivated, there is only one problem....her family are against any association with him. Arran MacLawry, has no idea of the true identity of his mysterious fox, but when he learns of her true identity, he can't help but be fascinated. Even though his brother forbids him to cause any trouble especially with the Campbells....he knows it may be harder than just staying away from the one woman that stirs his blood. Even though Mary knows she needs to stay away from Arran, she can't help but keep meeting him, sharing lunch together, and when they share a soul searing kiss, she is hooked. Then when the unimaginable happens, and she is stuck between a rock and hard place, she turns to the only man who cares for her, a man that she adores more than life and will risk her families wrath for a chance to share the rest of her life with that rogue in a kilt....
Rogue With A Brogue is the second book in the series, and even though I haven't read the first book, I knew I had to try this one, when It became available to me through Netgalley. And I will admit I did a little happy dance when I was able to download it and start reading it. The previous series by Suzanne Enoch I have had a difficult time reading, so I was a bit unsure how I would enjoy this one. But I felt well it has sexy highlanders in kilts...how can I resist? And what I fun and wild adventure this story was. The story is set in the early 1800's and begins in London. But what begins in London doesn't stay there for very long. Mary and Arran once they find out how much they feel for each other, decide to risk everything to be together. In the first part of the story, you see it leading up to that point, and I loved seeing these two flirt and connect on both a physical and emotional level. I love stories with huge conflicts....and this one had a huge one and it fits well with the story and the style of the authors storytelling.
The characters are very passionate and intriguing, and I feel like Suzanne Enoch has gotten her groove back, this story seemed so much more like her older books that I have come to adore and cherish. Both the main and side characters were deeply entrenched into the story, and the more you read the more you fall in love. With each page I felt like I was being immersed more and more into the story that takes you back in a time of warring families, sexy brogues, gorgeous men in kilts, and a romance to stop your heart!!! CHARM AND WIT WITH EACH PAGE!!!

Cute story even though there was a couple aspects I didn't like, but the romance and the story plot was solid and definitely would recommend it to anyone that loves a sweet shifter romance.
Ravenna Caulfield, is one of the three sisters, was raised on a humble farm and has a great love for animals. Ravenna has been brought to a country house, with a few other young ladies, to try to catch the eye of the prince. While exploring the barn she stumbles across some puppies, and finds a runt that she would love to keep. Then a strange man enters and they stumble across each other, which leads to a sensual kiss, but leads them to coming across a dead corpse in a suit of armor. Soon Ravenna and Vitor start working together to find the murderer. Vitor is the brother of the prince, and has been brought here to watch over the potential brides but there is one potential that draws his eye like no other. She stirs fire in his blood and he just can't get her out of his mind. When intrigue and mystery force them to work together, he seems a woman with deep passion and resolutions, one who has dreams and a beautiful soul. If only he can convince her of his love and devotion, then they might have a somewhat normal relationship....or maybe not!!
I Adored A Lord is the second book the in Prince Catcher series. This series is based on a sisterhood, who are told that one of them will marry a prince, a prince that holds the answers to their true identities. In this story there isn't much focus on that at all, not like the first book was anyway. But I still enjoyed myself quite a bit in this one. The focus on this story was mainly solving a murder, and the romance that develops between Ravenna and Vitor. Vitor is quite a character, he is one determined man, and still goes after his "prey" after she has bitten and attacked him just for kissing her. Ravenna is the type of heroine you just like....she is feisty, and has lived in humble means, she has never known wealth or prestige. She adores animals and people even. She has a sensitive heart and I liked her from the start. She doesn't have a hidden exterior, she shows her true self every moment and I loved that. She wasn't afraid to show her true self. Their relationship is very slow going, but starts to pick up more the more they get closer to solving the murder. My only thing I wished there was more focus on was their romance....it was a good one, but I felt like something was missing. It just needed a bit more but I did enjoy this story quite a bit, and I can't wait to read the third sisters book.
Overall a charming and sweet read, with a mix of danger and mystery....with some sensuality and desire rolled into a quality read. Be ready to be drawn into a story of adventure, intrigue and stimulating romance!! LOVED it!!!

Dominic Griffyn, has some demons from his past that still haunt him, and the last thing he needs is to be forced to marry a woman he doesn't know. But when a near scandal came about because of him, he knows that eventually he will need to marry. Jane Bonde, lost her parents as a girl, and her uncle took her in, and trained her to be a spy for the government. When her aunt and uncle tell her she will be married to Dominic, she is shocked. All she wants in her life is to be a spy, how on earth could she be a wife too? But when a enemy of her uncle's, threatens everything they hold dear, Dominic and Jane may be the key to saving them all from a enemy that is determined to destroy them all at any cost...
Love and Let Spy is the third in the series and the first book from this series I have been able to read. I found that this story just flew for me, and by the end, I was like...how on earth did that happen? I found this story to be fun and full of charm and wit. Even though its part of a series, it can be read as a stand alone, but I do wish I had read the series in order, just by having more background information on the other characters involved in the story, but not necessary.
I loved the way that the plot came together, its a easy story to follow and adds some entertainment to keep you laughing for a while after the story is over. The chemistry between Kane and Dominic is electric and instantaneous, this author delivers a story that has similarities to James Bond, that will only entice you further into the story. A lovely romantic tale of sexy spies, dangerous missions, and a story that never stops!!! STIMULATING ON EVERY PAGE!!!

At first this new job is everything she needs, but when she meets Sebastian, she knows they can't ever have a future, with the difference in their stations....but sometimes love shakes things up. But Sebastian has a past that could tear them apart...
The Traitor is a marvelous romance that ties together bitter past and a sensual present with a rocky future. The Traitor is the second book in the Captive Hearts series, and I was impressed by how much I enjoyed this story. much more than the first book. I really loved the way the story just kicks in and pulls you right in. The flow of it is pretty steady, in half way through it, the flow of the story line slows down a bit, but then it picks up. The romance between Sebastian and Millie was sweet and endearing and very passionate at times. I loved the balance that author has put into the story. It seemed to be just right in the development of the characters and in the way the plot progresses. There is quite a bit of depth in this story, and the way the author tells the story, you start to fall in love with the characters and the story as a whole. Every aspect seems to come together by the end.
We see a unique set of events and scenes that take place, there is so much we see in this story, and I loved the way it turns out, and the love story is packed with wit, charm and passion. A tale of betrayal and healing and a tender love that will capture you!! Riveting in emotion and classy in form. LOVED EVERY MOMENT!!
