The big battle played out in this volume. It is fun seeing Angel and Co back together again. AND seeing old faces. This was a good installment to the story!

This is the volume I liked the least to be honest. It was a little anti-climactic for me and I had to stop and think about the ending to really get it, which I hate. It was tough to get out of an impossible situation and you had to really let go and let the book lead you to the ending. I liked the last chapter being what happened after but I almost wished the action would have lasted longer and let the new volume clean everything up.

I liked and didn't like this volume at the same time. I enjoyed Kate being back but at the same time wishes the women of the story had a bit more clothes on them. She never struck me as the scantily clad type. The story was okay but had a bit too much lead up in my opinion.

While I like the format of individual stories, like volume 2, I wasn't a fan of most of these. Dru is okay but her story was a bit too much for me. I liked the convention one for the first part of it but it went on too long

I loved this volume definitely my favorite one of the Angel series so far. The storyline for Ilyria was amazing and had a great outcome. It was nice seeing her and Gunn together and working as a team.

This collection was okay but a bit unequal in my opinion. Most of the stories were okay, if a little boring at the beginnings. The one that I adored was "Polaris is Where You Will Find Me." It was heartbreaking, cute, and just amazing all at the same time. I did also like "Midnights" and really want to read more from Rainbow Rowell. This collection was worth checking out, especially around this time of year.

Moving into the new and final Angel series I was enjoying and not enjoying the story at the same time. There were a few funny bits and it was good to see everyone all back together but I'm not the biggest Connor fan and he was very much feint and center the whole time. There were also some weird things that happens that dissent quite match up with the show.

I'm not sure why but this series of Angel is my least favorite. They started off okay but then decided to almost rewrite the last book by killing off new characters (I actually found Dez interesting!) and then made others evil. Kind of annoying. Plus the characters just don't read the same, namely Angel. I'll keep pushing through just to finish

I love Spike but I felt as though he wasn't acting according to character in this story. The art was also not to my taste. Could have skipped this story to be honest.

I love this and the other Illyria series. It is interesting watching her struggle with humanity. I wish there were more series with her as the star.
