I read this as part of my A-Z challenge and I was enjoying it even though it was longer than it should have been. I thought I was going to give it a better rating than I ended up giving. 

I loved the relationship between the main characters and their friends but I felt that their families were treating them like they were still in high school when in the beginning of the book the FMC started her freshman year of college.

When I read the epilogue I was so confused as it stated that they were in high school when they met. Unless I got a different copy the epilogue changed the entire story and even stated she got sick twice when I only read it once.

Although I was frustrated at the end, I gave this book 3 ⭐️ because I liked the story but did not like the writing and the confusion. I also gave it 1.5 🌶️ because there were some good spicy scenes.

I cannot recommend this book as I do not want to confuse other readers if I got an unfinished copy which is unlikely as I got it from a stuff your kindle day. I will retract my review.

The third book in the series and we get to see the start of Fionn and Rose. I love Rose, she has to be my favourite FMC in this series. I love how she is unapologetically herself and a serial killer who does not like blood.

I was not expecting the ending. I knew they would have to connect L&L to S&S because of what happened at the end of the book. The heartbreak they both go through to get their happy ending.

I loved Fionn too because he was fighting their relationship and then he gave in. Again that third act breakup 😭 but the letters he sent her 💜 such a beautiful reconnection. I gave this book 4.75 ⭐️ and 3 🌶️ the cotton candy guys although not as bad as other food the author has used in her books. 

I highly recommend this series. I am glad that we may get an extension to the trilogy. If you like a dark rom com this is the perfect series for you and you must read the other books before this one.

This is a great start for a first time author. I enjoyed the storyline of this book. The relationship between Sebastian and Max is strong and they are put through some challenges. I did like the side characters I would have liked to see more of Jace but I am looking forward to his book with Brooke.

There were some things that needed a little more work. Sometimes I felt like things did not add up and also some moments where there was repetition. As I said this first time author and she did a great job I gave this book 4 ⭐️ and since it was a closed door romance I will give it a 2 🥰.

Now to the last of the BAM boys. Maddox and Dee’s relationship was also teased in both books however they have a different dynamic Dee is the closed off character and Maddox is ready to fall but she can’t the people that have hurt her in the past.

I did enjoy the cameo from Richard from the Contact by the same author. I believe this was the first book I read by this author so it was good to see them. Although the story line was about the blackmail I don’t think it really hit till close to the end of the book.

I was not expecting the hurt I felt for Maddox when Cami said no and ran away. I wanted to go and shake the woman. This third act breakup was very short but I can understand it because the outcome made it so much worse for Cami.

I gave this book 3.75 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ the scenes were more dominant between these two I loved the way Maddox controlled them. 

I highly recommend this book but since I felt like the trio came to a natural end I am not sure if I will read the other books in this series right now.

Now it’s Aiden’s time. We saw the start of something in the first book between him and Cami now we see where they lead. The good thing about this book is that it isn't an instant relationship like the last book but they have their own issues.

Aiden and Cami are very much opposites attract. She is the romantic at heart and he is the closed off male main character. He has a lot of trauma that he has not dealt with properly and decided he does not deserve to be loved until Cami. This book has a lot of breaks. One minute they are all hot and heavy and the next she says something and Aiden backs off.

There is also some tension in this book too which leads them back together and he finally realizes he needs therapy to deal with his past. The only part I did not anticipate was the ending.

I gave this book 3.75 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ again no spicy scene sticks out for these characters but I have to say I saw the stalker line coming a mile away and also the showdown scene was inevitable.

I do recommend reading this book. It was a quick read and I do love the author's writing so it is an added bonus.

I decided to read this on a whim because I needed an audiobook to read on my drive and I have read books by this author before. I was not disappointed that the writing in this book is exactly what I needed. Although I am not a big fan of Insta love/lust it worked for these two characters.

There was no third act break up which I do love but there was some tension and that made this book perfect. I also enjoyed the side characters which will be paired off in books in the series but you can see the beginning of it in this book.

I gave this book 4 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ the spicy scenes were good but nothing that I have not read a thousand times.

I highly recommend this book if you like the author and want a quick read that gives you a little tension but ultimately is a fun time.

So it was time to get back to my A-Z and my husband picked Y. I had to change the original book because I was not enjoying it. This one had me gripped from the beginning. Oakley getting her revenge was perfect but I was waiting for her to tell her ex the title of the book and it took a while. 

I enjoyed the beginning of this book however it kind of fell flat for me as the book continued. I feel like there was potential for more and I was waiting for it. The ending was good, wrapped everything up and even teased a book for the best friend however, I don’t feel confident that I will continue with the series.

I gave this book 3.25 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ there was so much going on this book some 🥵 scenes especially their first time together. 

I would recommend this book if you want a quick read and are here for a fun time.

I didn’t know what to expect when I started this book because I have read a lot by this author and have loved it. I went in with my eyes open. I feel like I knew who her mystery man was the entire book but seeing her connect with each brother in a different way changed the Jaeger family. I am mad the book is called Five Brothers and she only slept with 4 of them.

These brothers needed Crisjen (IDK why the spelling bothers me) at points that could help them find their peace. This book is a spin off from the Tryst Six Venom and even though I did not read this book I understood most of what happened, however I feel like I should have read that before going into Five Brothers to understand more.

Also Macon is 💜 the way he protected his family and Crisjen’s was so heartwarming his character growth was great. I also loved that they had mental health representation to show that we all struggle and you just need someone to see that and help.

I gave this book 4 ⭐️ and 3.5 🌶️ yes there was a lot of action in this book from 4 brothers and Crisjen but I find the couch scene to be the most intense and I understand why she needed to find out which brother it was.

I highly recommend this book if you like the author. Yes, it may not be as great as some of her other books but it is highly entertaining.

That ending wow and now Evie is in hot water. I enjoyed this book even more because Evie is taking on more of a role in the team ad we get to see the relationships between a couple of the other characters. Again, I am annoyed with the back and forth of their relationship but still love the banter between them.

The ending of this book wasn’t a cliffhanger but it will set things up for book 3 for sure. I still loved the main characters and how their relationship is growing but also pushing them apart even though Evie will not let whatever Trystan thinks keep them apart. I gave this book 4.75 ⭐️ and still 0 🌶️ but it is not needed in this book they are so cute and I am looking forward to them finally giving into their need for each other.

I highly recommend these books and I can not wait till I get to read the next book.

I was convinced this was a good book so I decided why not. I am glad that I gave into peer pressure as this was a fun read. I loved the relationship  between Evie and the Villain the back and forth was perfect and I also loved all the side characters.

The only negative I have with this book is the fact that they have not given in to their feeling for each other I can not wait till they realize they are made for each other. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 0 🌶️ but so much 🥰 because these two are so adorable.

I highly recommend this series I know it isn’t finished yet but it is so worth waiting for the next book.
