I finished this book in 2 days. I was engrossed. I loved Nora and Dex. They were so different but so similar it was a beautiful story. I cried and I was not expecting to. The only thing and it is a minor thing I would have loved to have dual POV so I can see what Dex was going through. The ending was perfect and made me want more. I am hoping the author will be making more in this universe.

Again, a great book for a new author to me can not wait to read more by her. I give this 4.5 ⭐️ and 2.25 🌶️ that window scene with the chain 🥵 if you know you know 😜. This book will be released on July 23, 2024. I highly recommend this book if you like rockstar romance and awkward FMCs who come into their own. Go Nora!

I picked this book up from the thrift store because it was signed by the author who I have never read before. I decided to start reading a physical book and this is the one my husband picked for me to read. This is the 5th book in the series but they are interconnected standalone books following the Summer sisters. Even though I have not read the previous books I could understand the dynamics of the group. This was an easy read but at times it was very predictable. I feel like I enjoyed the side characters more than the main ones at points other than 🌶️ scenes they were good.

In all honesty I thought this was a sports book but it is about a retired baseball player which I was not expecting but I enjoyed it for a quick read. I gave it 3.75 ⭐️ and 2.5 🌶️ there was a banister and underwear hanging from a chandelier that was good. 

 

If you want something for a palette cleanser from a big series this is a good read for you.

Well I did not think I was going to read this book but Audible gave it to me for free so why not. Also it helped that it was small and I could add it to my yearly goal. What can I say it was more smut than plot but I kinda enjoyed the quick ride.

I gave this book a 3.25 ⭐️ and 2 🌶️ was not expecting to like it but it was different and the smut starts early. However there is some triggers in the beginning of the book so please make sure you look at the trigger warnings #yourmentalhealthmatters. 

 

If you like alien smut or maybe monsters I would recommend this book it was a fun ride.

I could not believe this was a debut novel for @Avah Larke. I loved every part of her story building Rhowyn learns she is not from earth but from a place called Avalon and must now be part of the trials to become the next queen. As the title of the series states she is reluctant to follow the men who have come to retrieve her.

I recommend you read this book and continue with the series. Their Chosen releases on July 26, 2024.

We have made it to the end guys! Although I still have Darkmore Penitentiary to read, I have finished the series that started this world. We pick up just after book 8 where #spoiler Darius is baaack! I know we all saw that the coming Tory was not going to let the stars win that fight. Now they have more to fight since they are all back together again they plan to bring the fight to Lionel. I want to tell you so much but I can’t so please go read it. I still don’t think they got nearly enough justice for Lionel but if it was me he would be killed multiple times/ways forever and eternity.

As you can tell I loved this book and series. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning but it is worth all that. I gave this book 5 ⭐️ and 3 🌶️ I loved that all our favourite characters get their #HEA. 

 

If you struggled with book one try and push through it because this series has given me such a book hangover and it's so worth it. Next up for me is a break so I don’t read Darkmore Penitentiary too fast and have to sit for the last book to come out.

This book coincides with book 8 where it follows #spoiler Darius beyond the veil. He is trying to get back to Tory but also he gets to meet the people who have passed before him. I loved having different POVs that we have never heard and seeing what the loved ones are doing after death. I loved Hail. He is funny, never thought you would hear that about the savage king. Anyway there are some sad moments but also some happy ones too, a good detour from the main story.

I have never cried so much as I did from the last book but there were some moments in this book that brought the tears back. This book saw Tory become the queen we all knew she could be and Darcy fights for the life she wants. The things they learn in this book will change the way the war will end. I am so excited to see how this series will come to an end.

Again another fantastic book by the #twistedsisters we gets some wins but then they have one more twist before the end of this series. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 3 🌶️ finally we get a scene we have been wanting for a while only to be dashed after again.

The ending of the last book started the rebellion. This book had one of the best unions but also the greatest loss I have ever read in a book. This book sees the rise of Lavinia beside Lionel but also has some funny moments with the characters of Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac and some griffin sh*t.

Again the ending of this book is heartbreaking that I had to run to get the next book right away. Even though the emotional rollercoaster that the #twistedsisters have us on it is completely worth it. I gave this book 5 ⭐️ and 2.5 🌶️ if you have not started this series I recommend it as it is coming to an end I feel like I am saying a long goodbye to my friends.

I could not get back into it and found the MMC to be annoying 

Well those #twistedsisters left us on a cliffhanger after the last book. Will they save Tory from Lionel? This book was difficult seeing someone so strong be broken so badly. 

This book made me wish the worst death to Lionel and still it would not be enough. We learn so much in this book and get some justice but there is still a war to come.

Even though I am heartbroken in parts of this series I do recommend it if you like fantasy and romance.
