i liked this less and less as it went along, but i think this author has a lot of potential, and i will read more from her

a good, quick, and objective overview of taft’s life

liked this even more than i thought i would. clare gilmore is such a charming writer 

bek and elly’s sections were my favorites, but i also loved the carols

fun & cute story and characters with decent writing and top-tier steamy scenes, but sometimes the inner monologue was cringey 

i love ali hazelwood. so much. i have loved every one of her books, but i will say that her writing has definitely improved. i loved the characters, the story, and the vibe of this. i just wanted a teeny bit more out of the ending. this was still excellent though. i saw someone saying that this shouldn’t be shelved as YA, and i strongly, strongly disagree with that. this is a perfect upper-ya book. 

rachel reid hits every time. i loved this so much. these characters have my whole heart, and the story was great too

the length of this is both its best and worst feature. its good because it is short, but because it is so short, it doesnt have that much information. 

i was honestly nervous to read this, but i should have known better. rick riordan does not miss. this had the same charm as the originals 

i enjoyed this, but not as much as i thought i would. their progression to friends at the beginning was too fast for me, and i had one pet peeve at the end

idk i just felt like it was weird that her boyfriend’s parents adopted her brothers ???
