my mom recommended this but i was just NOT vibing w this authors writing

a trope happened that i very much do not care for. and this book was going okay, but its not like i was dying to finish it. maybe if i feel an urge, i’ll come back to it someday

dnf at 33%. i dont care about any of the characters; theyre all insufferable. and the story is unoriginal. i just could tell that the “redemption” of the characters would not be enough for me. 

i just wanted to read one specific story from the book and i didnt rlly care abt the rest

i just couldnt handle this right now. id love to come back to it someday but with where i am in my life rn i literally cannot handle it
