Brilliant!

I love sibling love and this was so yummy.

Stuff that dreams are made of. Torre is so good at this. Ugh!

I enjoyed how Nzelu highlighted the nuances of a complex mother-daughter relationship. Especially as this is a biracial one. It is a strong debut and I'm looking forward to more books by this author.

Very rarely is a sequel better than it's former but Torre did a thing here. I enjoyed this book immensely. I love when the norm is thrown away in fiction
