I found it very slow going and much less interesting than his other novels, but still enjoyed the tie-in to the realms.

Even better than the one before, I found it really fast paced and interesting. I'd read it before but didn't remember much of it, so I've enjoyed all the surprises.

Better than the previous two in the trilogy, but still doesn't compare to the other Shannara books.

I found this book to be mostly confusing, and I really didn't learn much about the Bronte family. The plot cleared up near the end, but I still don't feel it wrapped up well or made as much sense as it could have.

I still felt like this trilogy didn't have enought plot to stay interesting for 3 books. The characters were fine, but didn't really grip me and pull me in like some of her other novels.
