I received the book for free through Goodreads First Reads. Way too short! The characters were so unique and interesting that I would have loved more time spent on them. The war they fought seemed a bit too easy, but the romance was great.

I haven't read one of her books in ages. This one was pretty good, but not quite the tragedy that I remember.

I received the book for free through Goodreads First Reads. It was better than I expected, I didn't even mind all the religious quotations and references. I enjoy reading stories of mothers in different situations and how they feel and deal with their children.

I received the book for free through Goodreads First Reads. Amazing. Heart-breaking and exciting. A tale of cancer survival by the author of The Vagina Monologues.

I know it's a classic and everyone says Jane should be revered for her strength of character, but I did not enjoy this book. I found it really slow and dull, and even during the more interesting parts I found her weak.

This book was mostly enjoyable, but also kind of ridiculous. It was full of so many cliches, and I will eat my hat if she doesn't turn out to be a long lost daughter of a royal family.

The plot was decent, but the whole book was so slow paced that I really had to force myself to get through it. Much like book 1, and I won't be reading book 3.

This was recommended to me by a coworker, and we usualy have very similar tastes. She absolutely loved this book, and I found it waaaay too slow. It did pick up in the middle, but it dipped down again near the end. I found a lot of the character plots were left unresolved, and I have no desire to read book 2.

I thought this was a fantastic addition to the Harry Potter world, the tales are very much like our own Brothers Grimm but with a wizarding twist.

I really enjoyed the first half, and how naturally everything felt building up. I would have preferred a longer book, as I felt the excitement ended quickly and the ending wrapped up too easily. I was expecting more drama and conflict, and what there was didn't last long. Still looking forward to the next books though.
