A bit too abstract and historical for my tastes, but some were funny.

I read this for the "A Character That Is An Immigrant" part of my 2019 reading challenge. I found it pretty slow, I enjoyed the first half of the story more than the second half. I was pretty disappointed in his decision in the end.

"Look with kindness and you will always find Wonder" is a fantastic message that everyone should practice and share.

I found this one started off really slow, and it felt like it took me a really long time to even get half way. After that point it sped right up and I couldn't put it down. The ending was way more sad than I remember it being, and I felt the battle scenes were very well written.
